Thank you for videos like this! The treadmill is often seen as an “easy” machine, but there are a lot more considerations to make the treadmill as effective as it can be. Not to mention the health and safety concerns I’m fortunate enough that I used to go a local gym with trainers, but after moving, I go to a 24/7 gym. They don’t go over anything, and in the fine print it is just expected that you know and if something happens they take no responsibility. You are out here helping so many people not only feel prepared to go to the gym, but also make sure that they can be safe and effective in the process🥳🥳 absolute respect

Can you please explain about Cool Down? What exactly it is? Is it compulsory to do that? I have seen it in treadmill, elliptical and cycle in my gym.
@naomikong6 ай бұрын
A “cool down” is usually 1-2 minutes going at a slower speed than what you were just using before the cool down. (Ie: if you were jogging/running at a speed of 5 and you clicked the “cool down” option, it would likely slow the treadmill down to a speed of 1-2 for about a minute or so before stopping completely. Every machine will be a little different!) It is not necessary and you do not need to do a cool down at the end of your workout and are able to stop the machine automatically if you’d prefer. 🙌🏼 Would love to answer more of your questions and help you reach your goals faster!
