The sound on this device is great! My wife and I watched TV for an entire day without recharging them. I can walk around the house, be in the kitchen and I am still listening to the TV. They are truly comfy to one's ears.

Honest Review: Worth your money, these headphones are very comfortable (even after wearing them 4h straight, my ears didnt hurt) and they never have trouble to connect with the transmitter. There is 0 noticeable audio delay. And the sound quality is tremendously better compared to cheap 20$ headphones.

Can you use the headphone while it is charging? Also If I run from the toslink out (optical out) to a toslink SPLITTER (not SWITCHER) in and then at the splitter out ports run one to a soundbar and the other to the headphone transmitter will I be able to hear with the head phones. (In theory I will be receiving sound from the tv speakers not the soundbar, since the soundbar has no audio out port but does have Bluetooth transmitter; or since the soundbar has a Bluetooth transmitter would I be picking up sound from the soundbar?).

Hi Jerry, Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, it should work while charging though we don't recommend doing so... also that headphone lasts around 40 hours when fully charged. As for the sound bar situation, I'd recommend our other product - Oasis Plus. Its "bypass" function will solve your problem, no need for a splitter :)

This device will work. If you already have a headphone, you can purchase the Audikast Plus adapter by itself. If you don't have a headphone, then you can purchase the product in the video. It plugs into your TV's audio output port.

Unfortunately no, it can only do 2 headphones for now. You can however get an audio splitter and connect 2 transmitters... and connect 2 headphones to each.

That should because the TV built-in bluetooth doesn't support A2DP. You could try to use a bluetooth audio transmitter.avantree.com/orbit-tc580-bluetooth-transmitter-for-tv

For those individuals who experience hearing difficulties, this is a great option. However, if another listener in the room wants to listen to the audio and your TV only has an optical audio output which is linked to this headphone set, will you still be able to use the TV speakers in conjunction with the headphone device?

Hi Bob, Getting audio from both your TV speakers and headphones simultaneously may be a bit challenging but we'll cover your options here. For most older models of TV, the built-in speaker is muted once you plug anything into an audio output port (AUX, RCA, Optical, etc.). Some newer TVs however, may give you the option to play audio from both the TV's internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously. LG is better than Samsung here. This is a TV feature - availability depends on manufacturer and TV brand/model Please try to change your TV settings or contact your TV manufacturer for more details. Based on our experience, LG TVs often have this feature but Samsung TVs often do not. Thanks, Janice Avantree

Hi Robert, It depends on the TV. Some TV has that function, some does not. However, if you have a soundbar/AV Receiver in place, you can utilize our other product - HT5009; its "bypass" function allows simultaneous audio output through headphone + soundbar.

What happens if your phones will not pair. Blue light on transmitter just keep blinking. No sound in headphone

You may need to re-pair them. Turn the headphone off, and then press & hold the power button until it flashes Red & Blue. Then go to the transmitter, press & hold the "A" or "1" button until it starts flashing Red & Blue. The two should then connect, the light will turn Solid Blue. if that still doesn't work, please send an email to [e-mail], our agents can give you a call :)

How do you listen to normal tv, when you don't want to use the headphones? Its a pain in the arse pulling the cable out of the back of the tv to do so. OK...... 3 days later here is the problem and the solution. My tv is 4 years old. It is a Kogan. The recommendation of adjusting the settings each time I need to alternate between headset and through tv is not possible. My tv does not have this feature. The head phones are beautiful. They are blaring loud enough for me on my desk as I type this....upstairs. The problem is the tv. Why do tv manufacturers put the 3.5mm headphone jack at the back? It would make a lot more sense to have it at the front. Solution: I am using the headphones. I purchased a cheap set of speakers off Amazon for $30. This puts the headphone jack at the front where I can get to it. So what that effectively means is the user can watch tv and actually hear it. When you need to move around the house you can also hear perfectly. And when you get upstairs, it makes a nice background ambience as you are doing other work at your desk. Thank you. The product is lovely. I am sorry for the frustration I experienced trying to get this right. Its right now. I recommend the Avantree product.

You can also turn off the transmitter by flipping the switch on the back, or you can change the Output on your TV's sound settings.
