Hello my lovely family and friends, hope you are all doing amazingly well by God's grace. This is the day that the Lord has made so let us rejoice and be glad in it.
So instead of the normal smoked shrimp and herring fish powder, I used beef to make my shito. You literally can use any meat to make shito. I have a chicken shito recipe coming up soon so look out for it.
**Ingredients**

2 Kg boneless beef
12-15 small size onions
1.5kg Ginger
2 Bulb Garlic
1 Cup Kpakpo shirt
1 cup Chilli flakes
Shito Spices
Salt tt
