I organize by creator and by category! If I have a lot of cc by a certain creator then I will create a folder for just that creator (for example: RolloRolls, Pandelabs, SpectacledChic etc) And the other folders are categories like eyebrows, makeup, clothing etc

I started moving my packages to downloads, and organizing through CC magic- stating with hairs, which show up in game- next I tried with clothing, rebuilding and making sure it’s enabled, but the clothes are missing in game😭

Hi! Sims 3 doesn’t have something like that I believe, but if you import something you already have in cc magic it will automatically delete it, so if you use cc magic you will never have duplicated cc!

Thank you for the tutorial! It was really helpful, but still have a question. Is it a problem if I still have installed sims3pack files (they are not in my download folder) in my game? I don't want to delete them, because they`re pretty old, but I really want to use cc magic to reduce lags in my game for the future. Will something happend to them if I will start to use cc magic?

Yes you can also add skins! Some items show up as unknown but that doesn’t matter

I've done this twice now and I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong? :( I did exactly as you said, I put all of my package files into CC Magic, sorted them, rebuilt, then enabled all of them, but they're not showing up in my game? :( I've left my mods in my usual package file and they're working but all of the CC I put into CC Magic just isn't showing up

bro this looks so easy but CC Magic WILL NOT WORK FOR ME :( 😭 when i open it, it closes automatically. any forum i look at for this issue asks, “did you install the 3 needed files listed on the CC Magic modthesims page?” but those files, once clicked, are NOT AVAILABLE 😭😭😭 so i installed other versions of those files by searching for them, and they are the same ones needed (as far as i know) but ALAS, CC Magic does not stay open. no error message, just simply opens and then closes immediately. 😭😭😭😭😭

I'm sorry but I'm not sure why that is happening! I always recommend starting with a fresh install of the game when you want to start using cc magic, because then you can't have any issues!

Is the cc enabled under the configurations tab in cc magic? Did you also rebuild and refresh a couple of times? Then it should show up

I don’t know how it works with store content, I recommend downloading store content from blamseastore on tumblr because everything is already in package files! And you can put those package files in cc magic 💜

I'm thinking of downloading this again, cause this was a very good tutorial. But what do I do when downloading sims 3 store items. Do i install them via the launcher? And is there a way to get thumbnails on the items in ccmagic, cause it's so hard to find the stuff you want to delete somtimes :) I'm experienced with thmbnails in s3pe but they don't show up in ccmagic. That would be a gamechanger.

One of my saves world I was playing was installed in my launcher but I wanted it in package file , so I just moved out all my saves onto my desktop, (so they don’t delete) and converted the worlds into package files (but I put them in my mods folder not cc magic) and they were working when I put my saves back into the saves folder and played it as normal :)

The stuff you see under Legacy is stuff that’s in your actual mods folder, you don’t have to do anything with that!

No they’re not merged! Everything under legacy in cc magic is just all the stuff that’s in your actual mods folder, you don’t have to do anything with that!

I have a problem… I have many s3 packs installed and they don’t show up in my downloads folder. When I start my launcher and go to installed it immediately closes again. Why is that?
