This was a great benefit for my understanding and health. It was simple and sincere. You remind me of my 5th grade teacher I used to bring apples and candy to. She'd always share her fruit with me and give me a proverb. I didn't know it then but she was teaching me to think critically. This is why I disagree and don't tolerate people like Vivek Ramaswamy, Nimrata Hailey, and Dinesh DSouza. Insightful! It's so sweet when you finally lose that unwanted weight. I lost 109 pounds (half the weight of a refrigerator) in less than 4 months and have kept it off since then. Just like every woman struggling with weight loss now, I yoyoed for years - staying on track for a month or 2, losing a few lbs in the process before falling off. Namaste. Chia seeds require 30 mins of soaking. tea or coffee will disturb the ph balance and hinder nutrient absorption. Keep a gap of 30 mins at least between beverages and chia seeds

I put 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in 32 oz of water or your favorite drink, non alcholic and let it sit for an hour and drink it. The seeds gets gelified and they're easily swallowed.

It doesn’t help you lose weight, just provides you with essential nutrients. It does make you feel fuller though, so you can eat less. You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Go to tdee calculator and input your details. It will tell you how much you need to eat to maintain your current weight, and how much you need to eat to lose weight. You can try intermittent fasting, stopping food at 7 or 8 at night, and then you can eat again at 10 or 11 in the morning. Drink chia seed water (4 grams of chia seeds soaked in water - 4 grams is under 30 calories and won’t necessarily break your fast too much) as you wait to eat in the morning, and it will reduce your hunger so you can reach your fasting goal. If you work out too, you will see faster results.

You can also add it to your foods, and drink chia seed water half an hour before a meal to help reduce your hunger and portion size. Please be careful to not eat more than 28 grams in a day. Also you should start with smaller amounts to see how well your body tolerates it, because I started with 2 teaspoons and immediately started purging and vomiting.
