I'm a small business start up. I do not have many clients. IF and when I start getting more clients I can't have more than 8-10 clients per 4-6 weeks. How much money does CRM start at? It seems that CRM might be better suited for medium to big companies. I don't know...currently I have a salon software that is used mostly for customer information and scheduling. Going prices?

Yes, I've done a couple of installations of SuiteCRM and it is pretty flexible. You can create new fields and also define their relationsship to other modules.

this is the problem with people that don't understand CRM is giving really bad advice... google sheets cannot be used as a CRM either NEVER USE A SPREAD SHEET TO REPLACE CRM, that's a spreadsheet and not a CRM the two cannot be compared at all, this is such poor advice rather look into using a free option in the beginning or take the time to learn how to install and run your own CRM, an example of this self hosted system would be vtigercrm, rather invest the time to learn how to install and manage a CRM than use a spreadsheet
