Back in 2000 I got sick and the doctors could not find any thing wrong all the test came back fine a ND my doctor gave me just 14 day to live I went on a long fast I lost a 100 pounds and all my friends told me I stink I did when the smell stopped IStarted back eating 43 days later that is how long my fast was I went to see my doctor after and the nurse told me they new they would never see me again and she gave me a hug God bless you all.

A cousin in my family had cancer 40 years ago and they gave him 6 months to live.He went straight to a famous Naturopath who did for him exactly what you are talking about with the lmune system and he was cancer free in a year and lived for another 35 yrs or so.That was 40 YEARS AGO so its actually not a new theory, but not many people had faith to try it and prefered to kill themselves with chemo .😟

You have a study that eating salmon, spinach, mango, banana, etc. Give 71% less mortality from cancer. Then you have eating walnuts regularly gives 41% less mortality from cancer. My question is, does the percentages add up? Would it mean that a person with cancer gets 110% less mortality if he follows this plant based diet?

I agree to an extent. If we’re constantly working our body, for example I work outside probably around 20,000 steps plus a 1-2 hour gym visit then my body is in need of fuel more frequently.

I’ve had Oesteoarthritis and shoulder calcification. I went on intermit fasting, one meal a day. I also drank a lot of mineral water and herbal teas. I never felt better😁
