This video is full of good food for thought. I am 94 and grew up with 2 axioms that we heard over and over which guided our lives - “You are what you eat”, and, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (called The Golden Rule which used to hang on the walls of schools but was somehow deemed to be dangerous to children and was removed from the schools.) Two simple statements to live by which would make this a healthier, happier, and just world.”

I’ve lost 3 siblings. Brother age 31 of bone cancer,sister colorectal cancer, and they ate a lot of bar code foods ,that’s what I’m calling them. If they come from a plant/ tree / ground,I eat it . If it’s red meat , rarely. Organic chicken no antibiotics, wild caught salmon only month farm raised. People are ordering omega Norwegian fish oil,but they think it’s from Norway. It’s actually caught in Africa or far away. So we’re not consuming what we think. Sheep’s cheese/ goat cheese milk full of K2 when taken with D3 is excellent. I had severe gastritis and so many polyps. I changed my diet. I increased my salads, and eat tons of veggies and fibre. Avacado,Olive oil, eggs, real butter , chestnuts , onions, beets for Nitric Oxide excellent for our blood vessels. I stopped wearing bras, all perfumes deodorants, chemicals, (fabric softeners = are made from horse / slaughterhouse scraps, ) after reading Dressed To Kill by Sydney Singer . Massage your lymph nodes,they drain toxins from our bodies every night while sleeping, massage armpits,neck, breasts both men and women, groin, no tight clothes,spandex, spanx . All allergy meds needles are gone,because children we’re getting migraines,purple puffy eyes, and since changing diet, no fabric softeners all headaches migraines and inflammation gone. I found this out when I dropped the box of bounce sheets in our trailer,where mice had chewed through. Ironically once I dropped the box of bounce sheets,the mice 🐁 stopped chewing through the floor because they can’t stand the smell,there’s something in these animals that says nope stay away. The difference is night and day. The same thing with foods re/ migraines,I stopped all foods with CH. it worked. BTW a migraine specialist charged $ 6,000 for that information. It actually worked. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it was so painful. Extreme fatigue. I was working 84 hours a week ,little sleep, and I was in a wheelchair. I realized one day / before I got sick whilst canning vegetables from my garden, the subdivision up hill sprayed their lawns with insecticides and pesticides. 9 people all got severe fibromyalgia and the 29 yr old police officer across the street,got sick and she’s in a home. We really are what we eat. If it has a barcode,it’s probably full of crap. I eat with a lot of spices and it’s delicious and I’m never hungry. No longer in wheelchair , changing diet, intermittent fasting, Tumeric D3& K2 , omega 3 , flaxmeal, has completed changed my life. I was so sick,my inflammation markers were sky high,now low,and my URIC ACID level is 3.2 . You want it below 5.5. I’m still not vaccinated, and I’ve been around others with omicron. Ironically the vaccinated people keep getting it. My immune system is so bad ,but I’m doing something right because I haven’t been sick at all. My blood work is excellent. If I want bread I eat pumpernickel or sour dough and make my own croutons. Microbiome is everything. This Dr is amazing. Thank you so very much Dr Li.

@@Kay.in.FL.HI.SA.JP.OZ.NZ.RIO.. look at Dr Berry, Carnivore MD, Sean Baker MD and many others. Also, there are many without credentials that know more on specific topics, if they truly love that topic. Plants contain toxins as a form of self defense. Also, the red meat is bad for you is a fallacy that is based on flawed studies. They looked at those consuming burgers on junk grains, eating fries that were fried in junk seed oil (canola) and consuming sugary stuff, besides the plants. In order to truly see the effects of red meat, which is actually the best for us, you need to look at those who don't eat plants and are thriving and not needing a ton of supplements. We can get everything from animals, but we can't from plants. What little we do get from plants, that's after our bodies have had to go through multiple steps to convert it into what we can use and most of the time it was at a huge cost of other nutrients those toxins zap from our bodies. You could try the elimination diet and then you'll see what I'm talking about, because with that diet, you're only eating meat and really should be red meat. Also, the American Heart Association finally started admitting stuff. Here's a video. Dig further and you'll see what I'm talking about. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aIfLd3yIrceIlbM

@@lavwilli7837 Yes both are ok (unless you're allergic to tree nuts, or you have allergies, menopause/post, osteoporosis: or female or kidney problems that limit soy or oxalates). Just watch that sugar content is not too high (flavored versions often have very high sugar) Its always best to buy non-sweetened, then if needed add your own sweetener like whole fruits, maple, stevia, honey, sorghum, molasses; and or vanilla (or other natural extracts). Oat milk is even better since almonds may inhibit calcium absorption BLESSINGS!

Such a wise Dr. So many surprising and cool bits of information in this podcast. In regards to the gut section, it is so important to keep your gut healthy. Due to a lot of antibiotics when I was a baby from being very ill, later in life my gut microbiome has been completely out of whack and it has lead to about 5 years of horrible health(Which I have been doing my best to fix). So I strongly advice everyone not to take their gut for granted and give it the love and care it deserves.

Dr. Li’s holistic, whole-body and ancestral Nature-connection approach is tremendously refreshing! If we look at our ancestry, we’ll find that our nutrition is not limited to our diets but how we live alongside Nature. I am so glad he mentions aspects of our environment too, like fumes at gas pumps.... And of course excessive eating of meat causes us so much harm-looking at factory farming practices it’s not a surprise. In the book: “Wild Kinship: Biophilia, Inner Knowings and Our True Nature” we learn how the aspects of our environment affects our well being. When we learn to live more naturally aligned with our ‘true nature’ of who we are as human animals, health would naturally follow.
@wendyscott84252 жыл бұрын
I have an electric car so I only get fumes once a year when my car forces me to use up any gas in my tank and replace it with fresh. Love my Chevy Volt. :) Also, eating grass-fed pasture-raised meat a few times a week is actually good for us and has pretty complete nutrition. Plus, it's really a lot more delicious than industrially raised meat and supports regenerative agriculture.

The body is an amazing machine. It has incredible wisdom and ability to correct itself if given the right opportunites. This is not an accident. It is not the result of raandom evolution. Our body is what it is by design by purpose by an overriding Intelligent Designer. Anything that has design is prodcuced by a designer. Nobody disputes this who has logic and intelligence. Our body is designed by an Almighty, all wise, all knowing, all understanding and all intelligent Creator. ANd the original ecosystem is also created by Him. Dr. Li, There was such a public rage against home canning for awhile which I felt encouraged hard working gardeners to avoid their own home grown gardening and canning and into grocery stores and fast foods. I missed the flavors of whole foods ,fresh garden vegetables and canned and dried fruits . We were able to help our neighbors in need and cover extremes in disasters . We gathered together in prayer and in fast but our table was Always Full and Leftovers covered An Extra Plate at the table and Lunches for Field Work and School lunches . Not so today . How many farmers went into factories to cover their extra finches and food and grocery bills nowadays . The farm never lacks in nature in natural grass fed cattle and livestock . I miss it the real flavor of God's real farm life personally and flavorfully . Learning the hard way . I Can't wait for your book . I started already . In my opinion, it has a very positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Another version is a drink - I pour a teaspoon of organic coffee ground into powder together with rosemary and hawthorn berries with boiling water like coffee and when it cools down a bit, I add a full spoon of cocoa. These are my patents, they've been in use for several years, if anyone wants to start testing. This scientist just confirms that I'm moving in the right direction.

Every doctor has a different theory with the lectins. It’s maddening. If i would listen to all of them I wouldn’t know what to eat. Because the moment you think you are doing the right thing one of them comes out and denounces it.
@thejourneytoeden74862 жыл бұрын
I was in the same boat with the overload of information so I turned to eating intuitively. If a food gives you energy and feel healthy, eat it. If a food makes you feel low energy or has a negative physical reaction, don't consume it. Eventually you build your personal list of foods that work specifically for your needs day to day.

I personally have very bad results with lectins from tomatoes with skins or seeds. Also cooked down sauces blended with the peelings or seeds. Within a half hour I go into a serious inflammatory flair within an Arthritis condition.I seem to be okay with small amts of fresh tomatoes as long as the peelings and seeds are removed in a fresh state.

The traditional Japanese way of eating the Natto is add a bit of soy sauce and mix the Natto together really well till it gets really sticky and you will see the dish start showing lots of fine thread like stinky white threads. It depends on which Natto package you buy, it contains either Japanese fish condensed bouillon or Japanese masterd (yellow package, it tastes not the same as the yellow masterd you eat in the Western or European people eat), anyway you add these and mix it really well. More mixed well leads the fermented Natto's fragrance and its flavor more rich nicer soy beans' fine kitchen tastes the people call it, I believe UMAMI flavor, but not as the same type of the UMAMI flavor, because it's not the caramelized dish. So, in this sense, I would describe this as "fine" kitchen flavor dish. What some people do with Natto dish, add some chopped Korean Kimuchi, if the person likes very spicy food and by adding such thinns these sticky thread slimy texture a little. Anyway, there are many people even some Japanese people can't bear the slimy texture and it's Fermented fragrance. What they do with the Natto in that case, they get creative in cooking with the ways of the preparation like they put in dumpling dough and fry it. If I remember it correctly, the Nattokinase holds high heat temperature, so as long as you don't cook too hot, the consumer (people who eat it) who want to get the advantage of the K7(if I remember it correctly on the food chemical components of the molecule cell?) that the whole point of want to get its benefit of eating this challenging food for the Western and European people to get familiar with slimy sticky smell of food. 😅 I am trying to help these people out here for the sake of improving or healing their health problems by getting them eat whatever the food available in gaining advantages of knowing international kitchen. Anyway, the whole point of eating Natto is to get this slimy texture into your body systems to send your reinforce trooper of helping your existing good enzymes in loosing fights in your gut, so help them win their battles for you to have peace with your health sake. There are other slimy textured food in Japanese kitchen that are vegetable like potatoes, okura, Nameko mushroom and Konbu seaweed like thread ones you probably familier seeing in salad. I just don't have not looked into the details on its chemical components or nutrients detail to know, if they have the K2 vitamins' type mk7 kind or not. I saw also little slimy texture in banana and Aloe Vera, so I am curious these slimy things function like oil or fat in oiling our ligaments that as we get older, our body's ligaments is turning into like old rubber band that it could break easily. You know? If we fall down, many elderly people tend to get hurt or break their Achilles or twist ankles because we lose this stretchy function that young people take it as granted without knowing. I don't think, vitamins (mineral?) K2 mk7's chemical components' from and its functions aren't the same as Collagen or gelatine. More we learn about such details, I get hungry for the good cuisine food, so I look for the good recipes. Good luck with getting well soon.

Maybe Dr.Sabi recieved universal knowledge from higher realms:im a Shaman and recieve my knowledge this way:sometimes we hold this knowledge from past lives ie imbaware i was a herbalist from the 16th century hence i have brought this gift forward to the present day. We have about 68 amino acids and majority of the public have only 20 switched on :you can tap in and switch more amino acids on through lots of different techniques ie certian foods:meditation:crystals:spending alot of time in nature and so forth. We all have pyshic gifts and can surface them through some of the above techniques which would help yourself to gain universal knowledge so you too can surface lost knowledge that has been laid doorment. If you follow this advice please use your gifts for the greater good 👍

Dry fruits , like dr eating 8 dried apricots, have hi glycemic index, too much natural sugar. So, should we eat the food above sparingly? Green tea has caffeine in it. Does drinking decaffeinated green tea give us the same benefits? Barley has gluten. Should we eat it? Thank you.
