Im gonna try this my next henna treatment. I use my Immersion Blender to get a silky smooth consistency. I dont let it sit for more than 6 hours because I do use it to cover my greys and usually follow up with a moisturizing deep conditioner. I think the coconut milk will help add moisture. The coconut milk did make a whole difference. My hair didn't feel extremely dry and yes I fellow up with a deep treatment masque afterwards for intense moisture.
