Hi I was wondering if i can still request letters of recc even though they have been completed by my professors, just never requested them thru the ADEA application cycle and cannot do so since he last date to enter Evaluation requests for this cycle was 2/2/2024 23:59 PM EST. Can i still send requests thru interfolio?

The 2023 AADSAS application cycle ended on 2/2/2024, so you can not transfer letters of recommendation in May 2024 for the 2023 application cycle. The first day to transfer letters from Interfolio to AADSAS for the 2024 application cycle is 5/14/2024. Hope that helps!

@@lena-xk6jg You're too early for submitting letters to AADSAS for the 2025-26 cycle. If you submit letters to AADSAS now, they'll be deleted. Instead, you should collect the letters in Interfolio for now and then in late May 2025, you should transfer the letters from Interfolio to AADSAS.

Hello, so once I receive an LoR, how can I use this at employer’s application form (say more than one application at various companies) where LoR needs to be uploaded - In simple terms how can I transfer this LoR ? Thanks !

I'm not sure about the "supporting materials" section. Do I need to add my transcript there?? Can you please clarify or provide an example?

You don't need to put anything in the "supporting materials" section, unless your letter of recommendation writer asked for more materials (e.g. resume, CV, etc). Even if they did request these materials, you can still email those materials to the letter of recommendation writer.

You can upgrade after receiving the letters. You only need to upgrade once you want to transfer the letters away from Interfolio

Great question! They need to mention the course they taught you and also include a date of when the LOR is written.

You can transfer them to the dental school application (AADSAS), the Texas MD/DDS application (TMDSAS), amongst other places!

My professor asked me what school/program since it asked for a placeholder when he tried to upload it should he just write “Dental School”

Either 2023 or 2024 works, but if the professor is open to dating the letter in the year that it will be submitted, that would be great!

why did you put "a" under Recommender?

I just typed anything in the space so that the "add new" button would show, which you can then use to add the contact details of your letter of recommendation writer.
