You use only one mic, but if you want to use the 4 mics, you can turn it on in obs

If it's a capture card device for a desktop, yes, it can work. However, I'm unsure if there's a 4-channel capture card available for laptops. Typically, cheap devices with 4 channels are mini switchers, not capture cards.
