DeAnn, we always recommend leaving a day in between treatments so your muscles can acclimate. This goes for all application methods, including Conductive Gloves, Ball Probes, and Cotton Tip probes. Great question!

Hello! Great question! It's very important to remember that, while some people see immediate or instant results, microcurrent facial results require consistency. So improvement will vary from one person to another, but as long as you're using it in a consistent series, you should see optimal results in 6-12 weeks if you are using your device 1-3 times a week. Whatever you feel comfortable with, as long as you don't feel any twitching. I have mine on maximum for everything, but often need to turn it down slightly around the eyes. I can't remember the exact science, but if you feel twitching, you won't get the results. Strobing or a metallic taste however is fine.

Hi Jenna! Great question. With the gloves, you don't need to use conductive gel. Dipping them water helps them conduct! With the probes, you need the gel as they don't hold water for conduction. We hope this helps!

@@sugarfree_2023 Thank you Ahmad for your help, your amazing. I think everyone should be questioning the cost of postage. I worked out that I can have 4 sets of gloves sent for that price? with 7e wellness they said the shipping company sets the price but I looked into postage costs via DHL and 7e doesn't make sense, as costs are based on weight and zone. A number of people are questioning the crazy chargers. I'm not sure how Aramex service works but I shall look into Aramex. Thank you once more X
