I think Pinterest is changing a lot recently and group boards may not be as powerful as they once were since they're a lot more saturated but I literally get all my traffic from them so I highly recommend! If you only post to your own board you're going to reach your small audience and maaybe show up on the main feed if you use good keywords and hashtags etc. If you do that + use group boards you'll reach way more people!

Hi! Personally I find Tailwind Tribes much more effective than Pinterest Group Boards. I grew my Pinterest monthly viewers from 0 to 700k in 3 months and I was only part of 1 group board that I barely pinned on. Hope that helps!

great tips I did not see in other videos. Re 70/30 rule: For the 30% I hear that it's not longer recommended to repin from Pinterest as they prefer fresh content--where do you get that fresh content then. I see tshirts on Etsy. Thanks!

You may be right - that % is always moving! In fact I’ve heard you can actually pin more of your own content and less of others and still see good results. However the ‘fresh content’ point is true. To achieve this experts suggest making multiple different designs for the same pin. It’s always pointing to the same link but the design is different making it ‘fresh’. Hope that helps!
