Is there a way to hold the spike stakes down after you get loaded? I have used two bungies on each pipe stake from the top of the stake down to the trailer. I was wandering if that was acceptable?

Is it required to strap top sides of pipe stakes in between? From left one to right one?

No I don’t think so. Usually with pipe stakes you run a chain from the bottom left to bottom right. I suppose a shipper might want you to do the top. But I’ve never encountered it yet.

How did you tie down your stakes with chains?

You take a chain and run it from stake to stake before you get loaded. That way it sucks your stakes in. So your chain sits on the deck of your trailer and then you load your trailer. Does that make sense?
