For far does it go in? Is it meant to push against the turbinates? This video didn't give me very much information.

Thanks for your interest in our AIRMAX nasal dilator. The device has 2 pads connected by a thin aerodynamic wing and uses the septum to push out on the upper lateral (side) wall.
