Draw your design using the drawing tools on the Drawing tab. Click on a toolbar button to select a drawing tool. Simply click and drag your mouse across the canvas to draw. Use the panel on the right side to change the color, brush size and other properties of the drawing tool.
Open a new project from the DrawPad start screen. Click on the Drawing tab to see the drawing tools. The Drawing tab contains all the drawing tools you need. To select a drawing tool, simply click on it. You can choose from a variety of tools, including the Pencil, Brush, Marker, Pen, Spray Paint, or Crayon.
After you have selected a drawing tool, use your mouse to draw on the canvas. To draw a line, for example, simply click and drag the mouse across the canvas. Your line will appear on the canvas and the stroke will be listed as an element in the Layer panel on the right section. To delete a stroke, select the element on the canvas or layer list and click the Delete key on your keyboard.
Customize the drawing tool using the tool options panel on the right side of the screen. Here, you can change the color, size, and other properties of the drawing tool. To change the color, go to the color picker panel and click the Stroke button to open the color picker. In the color picker, select a color to use.
To change the size of the stroke, move the brush size slider. You can also use the up or down arrow buttons located next to the 'Brush Size' or simply type in a size value. You can also use the bracket keys on your keyboard as shortcuts to increase or decrease the brush size. Press the right bracket (']') key on your keyboard to increase the stroke size and the left bracket ('[') key to decrease the stroke size.
Once you have finished drawing, you can save your work by clicking Save on the Home tab. You can save your drawing in a variety of formats, including JPEG, PNG, BMP, and more. We recommend saving as a DRP file for easy editing and as JPG to easily share with others.
