I have used a metal straw to do the same job. And stitching a bit of string to the closed end of my spaghetti strap and keeping it in the fabric, when you get to the end all you have to do is gently pull the bit if string and it will turn your strap in the right way. Both are easy and between cheap to free to use. Happy seeing ladies. X

Great sewing tool. I had this tool years ago while taking an evening sewing class, but unfortunately I lost it.

What is your system? Please share. My system is the thin metal kind of long turner with the closed hook on the end. You put the strap through the thin "wire" type turner and when you have the entire tube strap on it, you hook that end part to the end where the fabric ends and hook it securely, and carefully start pulling it and go to the end and there you have it. It may be more work cause some you have to really pull hard to get it to turn and pull through. I make alot of strapping. It works for me as that tube looks too big for small stuff. What do you think?
