I intermittent fast and do a low carb diet would have no idea if i was making ketones or not though, might get some of those keto sticks

Finally started Keto Jan 2 2025. One month on 20g carbs or less and lost 6kg - it is amazing and I am enjoying the food. I was avoiding fat, low fat everything. Now by eating more healthy fat I am losing FAT !! Go figure.

How can we regrow gums and bone?

I have a couple questions: 1. My lower incisors have gotten some wear due to them being demineralized at the time, and now when I bite my left/right incisors have a small gap between my upper incisors. Is it possible to regrow those teeth by a few milimeters? What would be the best way to fix this? 2. Does soft/demineralized water weaken teeth? Is hard water the best for teeth?

I eat keto foods, but have home made vinegar and oil on my salad, because its low carb and easy to make. I always try rinse and brush soon after, as the vinegar is acidic.

just make sure you give you mouth 30 minutes after eating any acid so your teeth can remineralise before you brush

Yes, the bacteria can and will use whatever sugars are available. This is why it's about limiting food frequency to avoid exposure to sugar and thus acidity and why we recommend drinking water after you eat then having a xylitol mint or gum.

Ahhh… that’s why carnivores are always taking electrolytes… because the meat is dehydrating! Thanx for that info.

I do raw primal diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. It is raw meat, raw cheese, raw butter, raw milk, raw eggs, oysters, and juice of celery, parsley, cucumber and carrot. I also take xylitol and several supplements such as collagen. Keto, carnivore, and ketovore all appear to be good.
