I'm going to challenge myself to put this into practice. With the projects I'm starting work on, I've been focusing on the learning and behavior and underprioritizing reactions and results.

Wow that was a wonderful explanation. I was having trouble grasping the difference between behavior and results, but the examples coupled with ways to analyze the stage/step really helped
