Hello! If your monitor is showing E1 error code, the cord is not connected to the device properly. To fix, check if the cord is properly connected. If the error is still being displayed, the cord may be damaged. Replace the cord with pads

If you are not feeling any heat, the cord is not properly connected to the device OR the cord is disconnected or short-circuited. To fix, check to make sure the cord is properly connected.

After purchasing, I saw this comment and didn't think it could be that bad. I received my unit today and used it right out of the box for about 10 minutes just to get a feel for it. I took the pads off and put them on the pad holder so I could fully charge it. After it was fully charged I started my first actual session on my lower back which was great. Then after 30 minutes I put the pads higher up on my back for a second session and I noticed the pads weren't sticking for anything!!! I got up out of bed and they fell off. When I touch the gel pads they don't even stick to my finger a bit.

I have used tens unit for 30 plus years. I do not like these unadjustable units. I want continuous use. I want to contro the pulse rate. I do not want to wake up every hour and restart. Does such a thing even exist? My 1st unit was over $1,200. You can buy 1 for $30 now but you have no control over it. Not my idea of a good appliance

3 year Omron BP user. This TENS is the Worst design of all eternity. The screen is too small too dim & instructions too confusing. Returning tomorrow

Hey guys i wanna ask something if anybody knows it..i told some ramdom person my knees hurt and he touched my kness hold it for a while and every second my knee fellt hotter and hotter how is this posssible that someone can transfer that type of energy and he did it to multiple people at same time every one he touched were they felt the pain it get hotter and hotter
