My answer may not be perfect, but here is what I like to explain to people. I hope it helps: Osteoporosis means you have weakened areas of bone, prone to fracture. Imagine how a high-pitched frequency shatters glass or a mirror. Your bones are susceptible to the vibration that travels through them. Is it a guarantee that the low-level frequency of the OTTO 128 will cause an issue? No. But there is some concern with continued use on an osteoporotic bone. Truth be told, there is some evidence out there that those full-body vibration platforms are quite useful for stimulating bone growth, and, in some cases, are being used to treat people with osteoporosis. This is a very different mechanism of action, however, than the localized vibration of a tuning fork, so I hesitate to compare them. Of course, you are free to do as you like, but I tend to be extra cautious, especially when teaching on KZbin, as I am not able to see you with my own eyes and evaluate your personal needs. I would say if you want to use your OTTO 128 on your body, perhaps avoid direct contact on the areas of osteoporosis. Meaning, if you have osteoporosis in your lumbar spine/hips, you would want to use your tuning fork away from those areas, on the face, skull or feet, for example. Also, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Thank you so much for watching and supporting the channel. I appreciate it immensely.

I notice that on each point, after about 20 seconds the vibration seems to stop, but... if I hold the fork at that same position for about another 20 seconds there is a feeling of deepening or expansion that is more powerful than experienced during the first 20 seconds. Very nice :-)

Beautiful observation @Stuart Kaufman. This is how we start to individualize and personalize our sessions. I'm so glad that you explored that for yourself. So for your practice, maybe 2x in one spot is the way! Thank you for leaving this in the comments, as I am sure others will also appreciate hearing about your experience and exploring this option on their own. 🙏

John Baueux or however you spell his name from Biosonics says exactly the same thing and advises allowing the tone to fully ring out as opposed to giving into that impulse to ring the fork again as soon as the vibes get a little weaker

Putting this here out of impatience - I'm intending to watch through the whole series - I might just film the fork on a slowmo camera and count the amount of times the tuning fork sways back and forth when the weights are at different lengths alongside the prongs, although where's a (probably cosine as it says on wikipedia) frequency graph that tells you what length to put the weights along the fork to get different frequencies?

Aw, that's terrific, Sandra. I'm so happy to heart that. You know, my series is really just based on the OTTO 128, but if you have other weighted tuning forks, you can certainly explore all of these points with those forks as well. You'll have to give us all some feedback about what you and your group discover in playing with the forks. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. 😊

Thank you for explaining the difference and functions of weighted and unweighted tuning forks. I've seen them alluded to before but not explained. I appreciate your explaining why not to use the fork over internal hardware. I'd also like an explanation of why not to use it over weak or fractured bones. Thank you , anyone who can answer.
@BELightTT2 жыл бұрын
@susan w Thank you for watching and commenting. The tuning forks are a gentle therapy, unless there is a bone fracture present! If there is a fracture, the vibration is sufficient to cause an immense amount of pain. I could imagine continuous use (which would be impossible due to the pain) could also prevent proper bony union perhaps. In terms of weak bones, you wouldn't want the vibration to cause a fracture, which is completely possible. Imagine the imagery of a sound wave shattering a mirror or thin wine glass. Having said that, there are some studies about using whole-body vibration machines for stimulating bone growth in osteoporotic patients. Could the tuning forks potentially offer some value there? Maybe. But there are no studies on it and from my perspective (and the perspective of my teachers) it is much safer to avoid using the tuning forks on weak bones. I hope this helps!

I have read that while the inhale and exhale via the nostril, greatly produces Nitric Oxide naturally, AND, that if we hum so as to vibrate the nasal cavity on the exhale, the Nitric Oxide production increases even more. I am wondering if this face application of the tuning fork also creates increased Nitric Oxide production. What are your thoughts on this ?? m
@BELightTT16 күн бұрын
Hi @mylesvrooman3709 Yes, you are correct. My channel is mostly devoted to functional breathing, and I have several videos about the benefits of nasal breathing and humming for naturally producing nitric oxide. My most viral video also introduced the idea that the OTTO 128 has the ability to create quick releases of NO locally at the site of application. That is one of this fork's purported benefits. Good for you for seeing that connection so obviously.😀🙌💖You might like checking out this video on the scientific and anecdotal benefits of the OTTO 128: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpvGgGmdbblrqbMsi=saRcDF4QnECZRz7g I hope you'll find it interesting. Hi Tara 😊 your video series showed up in my feed last night. I have been using tuning gurus in my healing practice, since October. I trained with Lisa Alexander, certified in The Alexander Method of Vibrational Sound Therapy. I love using the forks for a full chakra clearing and balancing; however, I've been drawn to incorporating the Otto body forks into my 90 minute bodywork sessions. I'm thinking of increasing my time to 120 minutes, to allow 30 minutes of extra time for the tuning forks on certain body parts. I love your soothing voice and detailed explanations. Thank you for your work on this topic. I'd love to connect with you 😊
@BELightTT3 жыл бұрын
@Dorina Leslie wow! That's so wonderful that you've done this extensive vibrational sound therapy certification. I can tell that you are passionate about the tuning forks and I am certain that your clients are reaping extensive benefit from your loving attention. Your treatments sound absolutely wonderful. Are your sessions all sound-based, or do you incorporate other modalities into your work as well? I, myself, am principally a licensed massage therapist, with a host of modalities under my belt, but I've always loved incorporating sound (particularly the OTTO tuning forks) into my sessions. I want to thank you so much for watching my video! And for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment. My approach to teaching the tuning forks on KZbin is very straight-forward, and I would say much more anatomy & physiology based. I try to offer clear and easy tips for applying the forks to the body. Right now, there are 6 videos in my playlist, and I think there will probably be about 2 more that I will release before closing that particular series. Please let me know if you have any questions and I would likewise love to hear any tips or feedback from you. Thank you so much for connecting. Many blessings and a beautiful day to you.

@ayshealieva5072 Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and offer feedback on your experience. I'm happy to hear that overall, the session brought you into a deep state of relaxation. Honestly, that's usually the case for most people. I've never seen a case where the forks make people more anxious. They are quite magical in that way. Regarding the headache, I would say that's the worst "negative" side effect I've ever seen using the forks, and I like to think of it simply as information. Do you have a history of TMJ issues or migraines or anything like that? I would say you could still work toward that left side TMJ, but maybe do less in the beginning. Don't force yourself to work on any points that make you feel worse. Thanks again for your lovely comment. Have a great day.

You certainly CAN use 2 forks at the same time (I've done it), but I want to warn you that it's not as easy to coordinate as you might think.😉Until you really get into a good flow, it can not go so smoothly and can feel a bit overwhelming. However, I also understand your desire to speed up the session. If you're open to experimenting, it's worth a shot! Thanks for this video. In followup to my question on using the tuning fork for tinnitus, while following you I noticed that while working the jawbone, the tone resonated in my opposite ear. I was able to totally mask my tinnitus. Although this is not a cure, I plan to continue to use these points regularly. I also experimented by coherently breathing and humming at same time as working my jaw bones at the same pitch as the fork, which enhanced my experience. Keep your videos coming. Maybe you could focus on TMJ treatment for those who suffer from this.

Do you feel this in the hand that is holding the fork? Also, what is the main goal? Aside from migraines you mentioned, is this for general calm or for pain relief in the head and face, like tmj?
@BELightTT2 ай бұрын
@1785Kristy thanks so much for watching. Yes, of course, you're going to feel the vibration in the hand that is holding the fork. That is unavoidable. In terms of the main goal....the goal is simply to show people how I might put together a face treatment and all the different points that are possible, as some people feel lost or afraid to use the fork in certain places. But the tuning fork can have many benefits...many of which are also quite bio-individual. So would it help with migraines? It might! Could it help with TMJ issues? Almost certainly! Is it very relaxing? Almost 100% of the time. In fact, I've never seen anyone have a negative response to the tuning forks. Maybe at worst, they don't feel anything, or some people might get a little headaches if they do too much. But I don't yet have your 128Hz one. 1) Can I use any or all of those above, and which would you use if you had to pick? Can I use them in the area of the chakra that is closest to the area you are showing in your videos? Any harm in using them in the "wrong" area? 2) Do you have any particular advise for working on opening the 3rd eye (with the tuning fork modality)? Or for spiritual/psychic development? 3) When you do this alone, what is your mind focusing on? 4) How is your breathing when doing this? Many thanks in advance! Peace.

Please keep in mind, not all sound healers will agree with me, but I tend to not be very dogmatic with this work. A lot of my students who do not have a 128Hz will often use their 136.1Hz in its place. And they all receive beautiful results. 2. 3rd eye is not my specialty. But I see a lot of videos on KZbin on this topic. I'm sure you can find something good. 3. Me personally? I am principally a breath coach, so I like to focus on my breathing. But I could also imagine any amount of visualization would be useful here. Imagining the sound waves penetrating the layers of the body in order to create the healing you most desire. 4. Ha! You beat me to it! LOL. My breathing is often slow and deliberate, in and out through the nose, conscious, quiet. I do feel that when your body feels compelled to take a "deep breath", that is a good sign that you hit a "good spot" for your nervous system. I really LOVE working directly over the sternum. You will feel the shift in your breathing immediately. I have a video devoted to that, if interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaKsoaR5pMapbJYsi=Xu0ka0E07u81UL8V I hope this helps! Thank you again for watching and for your wonderful, engaging questions. Have a great day!

I hear you @Rolph W Artieda. Well, I hope you receive some benefit from this practice. Definitely try using the fork on your arthritic joints and see what your response is. In terms of the stomach, I mean, it can be soooo many things. We swim in a toxic, synthetically created soup all day. It could be what you're eating, what you're not eating, some dysbiosis in your microbiome, a yeast/parasite/fungal issue, a hormonal issue, the list goes on and on and on and on. I hope that you can find yourself a good Functional Medicine doctor to work with. Their goal as MDs is to help people live OPTIMALLY, not at sub-optimal levels like we are trained to accept as "normal". They also do much more specific testing that can get completely lost in your more typical labs. But please keep searching. The body doesn't react adversely for no reason. There is always a reason, even if it makes no sense to you or your doctor. And if there is a root cause, that means there are solutions. I wish you luck on your journey. Thank you for watching.

Very good info. U made me binge on different information about tuning forks and how They resonate with body/chakra/fields etc. Our standard music is tuned to 440A. Your fork 128C correspond to 432A, the Verdi/Stradivarius tuning. 440 is worst choice. 441 or 439 is closer to natures tune.

@BELightTT6 ай бұрын
Hi @Reiki_Beat I'm super excited for you! That's awesome. I hope you love your tuning fork experience and discover lots of cool ways to use your forks. The question of an implant is a good one, and one that I've received in the past. 1. Definitely do NOT use the tuning fork on your teeth...even through your cheek. The closest you would get is your gumline, through the cheek. 2. I'm sure that implant is incredibly modern and stable. The truth is, you'll probably be fine, as the vibration is really quite gentle, but I would still request that you run it past your dental surgeon. Just say you're using tuning forks on your facial bones and are wondering if they would create enough vibration over time to disrupt the implant. I'm almost certain they will say no, as that implant is designed to last, but always safer to ask. 3. If you perceive any discomfort at all, definitely do not continue. But I think a general tuning fork facial will be safe and feel amazing. I hope this helps! Thanks so much for watching and supporting the channel.

Do you by any chance have any experience with you/patients/clients who may have suffered from such horrendous disease and the use if the fork for it? Thank you so much for your culture of giving back and for your kind spirit. God Bless.

@Manny Regalado a functional medicine doctor prescribed tuning fork therapy to you?!?! Incredible! Amazing, in fact. I would have never dreamed tuning forks would be suggested from a medical office. I am astounded by this. May I ask where you are located? This gives me a tremendous amount of hope. And now that my shock has been contained, I want to say that I am sorry to hear about your Bell's Palsy. That can be such a frustrating and painful predicament. However, in my experience with clients and friends who have suffered with this, it has reversed itself in every case! I am sure it will heal, but in the meantime you are wise to try any tools you can for counter-acting the stress response and inflammation that may be contributing. In all honesty, I have never formally used the tuning forks with Bell's Palsy, so I do not want to mislead you, but I do feel strongly that the vibration, release of nitric oxide, and activation of the parasympathetic response will all contribute positively to your recovery. If you do decide to go down this route and use the tuning fork, please do let me know about your progress. This is absolutely the best way to learn...by sharing our collective experiences. I wish you lots of luck and a full recovery, Manny. Please stay in touch.

I hope to find someone to transfer energy with at a distance to move to that's outside the UK in a culture that I belong to, other than that I don't know how I would get away from such morons who don't allow you to express your feelings. I know the way to heal from it is with just basics of playing board games, basic activities with one another and hugging, although because he's mentally stuck inside the pharma system via heavy hypnosis, the only hope that I have of him possibly changing is through forcing him into an environment that forces him to change habits, which I don't have the resources for at least that I'm aware of. This perspective comes from Frank Pucelik; cofounder of neuro linguistic programming and founder of Russia's most effective drug addict treatment program; saying that the only way to help a war victim or soldier out of habits that are killing them is to force them into a treatment environment until they want to stay there themselves, otherwise they just won't change themselves, unless, in the rare case, something happens that changes their minds. Although for heavily hypnotised people, the system could put them through... negatively astonishing experiences multiple times and they'll still decide to be in it because of not feeling like there's any other choice even if there's an abundance of it!

@JV-sx3xc Thank you so much for watching, commenting, and subscribing!🙏💖🤩I really appreciate that. Tuning forks are GREAT for TMJ pain and dysfunction. Now, you're mentioning your eustachian tube. What exactly do you experience? Are you having issues with pressure regulation? I'm glad you're doing the Ear Massage video. That will be VERY helpful. @@Tigerwolf291Right. That sounds like a pressure regulation issue. There are muscles in the back of your throat, called your Levator Palatini muscles, which actually control the opening and closing of the Eustachian tube. You might be having an issue with one of those muscles as well. Or maybe there is some compression in one of your temporal bones, which is causing the opening of your ear to be compressed. Hi, Tara! Thank you so much for all your work! You started me and my husband on - I am sure - amazing journey! I bought the OTTO 128Hz fork. And because at the time I did not know any better I bought Gamma Wave forks (Ohm 136.1Hz with 40Hz differenced forks) because I saw somewhere that it is good for brain. These are for my husband as he has blockages in heart - had a heart attack - and he had a stroke 3 years ago. I learned about NO and we were taking beet powder, L-arginine with L-Cirtruline, for that. Now we will work with forks also. I've got your Manual for OTTO 128Hz and started watching this video series. But for the life of me I cannot find any info or manual on how to use Gamma Wave Ohm forks for the brain (to help with preventing another stroke). Can you recommend anything for that? Or I have about 25 days to return those Gamma Wave forks. Thank you!
@BELightTT Жыл бұрын
@TVB1st Firstly, let me say thank you so much for your enthusiasm and for supporting my work and this channel. I really appreciate that. I'm sorry to hear about your husband's health, but I am glad to know you are on top of it, and finding appropriate holistic interventions where you can. Secondly, there are soooooo many frequencies available for sale that, quite honestly, even I get confused. It can be overwhelming, for sure. That's why on this channel, I keep it very simple and highlight only 1 frequency, so that my students can see how much possibility there is, even if they only own 1 fork. In truth, I have never worked with the 136.1Hz before, BUT a number of people in my audience use that frequency with great results. In fact, many of them go through my entire video series using the 136.1 instead of the 128, and they get great results. Because I cannot speak from direct experience, Tatiana, I don't want to mislead you. I would say you are better off contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any specific guidance, or there might be another therapist on KZbin who focuses on specific uses for that frequency. Have your husband's blockages cleared from all the dietary supplementation? Is he also on blood thinners? I would say if he is still working with his physician + making dietary adjustments, and he is being regularly checked on, you can explore a bit on your own. My instinct would tell me to work on his sternum (you can refer to my video on the Chest), his skull/face points (you can refer to my video on those as well), and perhaps his sacrum (that will be in my video about the lower back). I hope this helps, Tatiana. Sorry to not have a more precise answer for you. I wish you and your husband lots of luck on this journey. Have a great day!
@TVB1st Жыл бұрын
@BELightTT Thank you very much for answering, Tara! I thought the same thing - just maybe one day to use 128Hz fork and next 136.1Hz fork. But Gamma Wave has 2 forks, one being 136.1Hz 🤦♀️ It is not clear what to do with another fork )) I will try to find more info on those. Thank you for telling me which areas to concentrate on. My husband is so against allopathic medicine that he refuses to take any meds. He is taking aspirin only. And all the supplements and foods we can find info on for the heart and brain. He has many blockages in the heart according to the tests 4 years ago and was told to have a bypass and stents and what not, by cardiologists. But because he refuses any intervention, they do not want to work with him, which is fine. We are managing. He is healthier and stronger than he would be has he done all those things. Diet helps, physical activity helps, and we also do alternative non-invasive procedures like EECP and ESMR regularly. Now, we will do tuning forks also. Thank you so much for your work, Tara! 💜
@BELightTT Жыл бұрын
@@TVB1st I completely understand your husband. I have a lot of resistance to the allopathic model as well. I get it! I'm glad you are both on the same page and working together to improve his health...and I'm sure yours as well, in the process. Yes, so Tatiana, I do sometimes use two forks. I'll often use my 128Hz in conjunction with my 192 Hz fork. Many of my students will also use two forks simultaneously on their bodies. You can explore this if you want. Or you can alternate using your 128 one day, and your 136.1 another day (just as you suggested). The 136.1 is not going to hurt, so I would keep it and play with it. Your husband might even find that he intuitively prefers one to the other. And we should never discount intuition, especially when it comes to healing. I hope this helps!

@ganovatgm5185 Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to comment. I'm so happy to hear you will be following along with the entire series! I hope you'll love it. Please reach out with questions any time. Regarding implants, yes, I think there is at least cause to be mindful. Teeth, in general, actually. I don't know what your implants are made of. It could be worth a brief conversation with your dental surgeon, just to get an opinion on if mild vibration will have any negative impact. I would say working on the jaw bone should be ok, but again, it's always best to double check with someone who specializes in implants. Regardless, even with original teeth, you should never use the tuning fork on teeth, even through the cheek skin. I do use mine on the gumline occasionally (through the skin of my lips/cheeks), but we never want to directly vibrate the teeth. My main concern is micro-fissures over time. I hope this helps. If you do ask your surgeon, please report back to me, as this is the best way for us all to learn. Thanks so much! Have a great night and I hope you'll enjoy the entire series.

@BELightTT3 жыл бұрын
@Karlyx Bosikoro are you ok? Please be careful with yourself. May I ask, are you prone to tension headaches and/or migraines? Some people get headaches from too much blood flow (aka vasodilation) and some people get headaches from too little blood flow (aka vasoconstriction). Because the tuning fork initiates a parasympathetic response...and with it, a vasodilation response...it is very possible to get a headache. If this is a habitual issue for you, then maybe tuning forks on the head/face are not for you and that's ok. You can try using it on other areas of the body instead. And yes, next time try just ONE application per point and do FEWER points. Thanks for letting me know! Please feel better soon.

Is this helpful for those of us with fibromyalgia? I am really drawn to this concept, especially the craniosacral aspect, but wonder if the vibrations might be too strong or actually painful when we're so exquisitely sensitive to things other people aren't. I appreciate that you're going to give us such detailed instruction in the use and concepts behind use. Glad the Universe showed you to me.

@Robbie Oila Thank you so much for your interest in my work. To be completely honest, Robbie, I've never actually worked in a clinical setting using tuning forks on fibromyalgia patients. It's a really important point that you bring up, but I don't have a lot of firsthand information to share with you on this topic. What I can say is that the vibration from the tuning forks is quite gentle. Now, I completely understand that fibromyalgia people are extremely sensitive, but even so, I think the tuning forks are quite gentle. The level of vibration is nothing as compared to say a theragun, or vibration ball, or vibrating massage tool or a vibration plate. The amplitude of the vibration from the tuning forks is quite small. But, of course, you know too well, it will depend on your individual constitution and personal response. I would say, if you have access to a tuning fork, definitely give it a try! If you are looking to invest in a tuning fork just for this purpose, you may want to investigate a little more online and see if anyone has any input directly in regards to fibromyalgia. One way or the other, at the end of the day, it will probably require a certain amount of personal exploration and experimentation. I hope that helps. Thank you so much for asking this excellent question. Have a great day.

what would you say about the flow of the energy of the feeling of pressure throughout a person's system for the assumption that a person smokes because they want emotional breaths of fresh air, or a person binge-eats because they're trying to get rid of the pressure of feeling empty. I'm assuming that those two feelings are closely related and can at least be somewhat mitigated by making yourself feel sighs of relief for no reason (at least with smoking) and press/releasing specific places in specific organs in a specific circuit in order to deepen that feeling of relief through the specific emotional circuit present in every smoker that feels like they have so much pressure they need to relieve those feelings in the first place. I don't smoke although i don't have the community that I would otherwise want that are in Sheffield (the parkour community or an esoterically-oriented one like the light language online community; although preferably in real life; that I've spent half of my life in). I'm assuming the energy organ path for the feelings is along the lines of starting from the entry point of the large intestine -> gallbladder -> kidneys -> out the exit point of the kidneys. I also don't know what to look up for this and am really weighed down so I'm mostly unable to just keep searching for a direct answer. I'm combining this logic with a 128Hz tuning fork because it's a tuning fork that gets a person the most bang for their buck in relieving stress. I asked that to Sam Belyea for his reflexology oriented advice. I want to combine these two fields of knowledge together because of experiencing how valuable the weighted fork is for relieving pressure as well, and it would be quite invaluable to know what length down the fork the weights have to be in order to target specific heavy feelings along that energy flow line of emotional weight! Scared. One of the fears being of the times where people aren't able to afford these emotional weight-based addictions and so if I don't have the fork/reflexology solutions to this that get the most bang for the buck.. u get the idea. And then if the solution makes a tuning fork a replacement for a cigarrete or an 85% chocolate bar, for example which is what i eat, then there are going to be three groups of people in my prediction which probably isn't reliable whatsoever, of people whom either refuse the solution and people who take it up, and people who hesitate before attempting it.

@@staryeeter Hi, there! I see you are up to your usual profound, esoteric thinking.😉It sounds like you are onto something. I love your idea of taking a "pressure-focused" approach to resolving discomfort and dysfunction in the body. Pressure regulation is a very important topic. I am suffering with some dysregulation myself this week, and let me tell you, it takes over your life!😱 What you are proposing is soooo specific to your particular knowledge base, experience and passion, that I'm afraid to tell you that you're probably not going to find the answers externally. You'll find them by continuing to experiment on your own and with your clients. In terms of "specific vibe number", I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Do you mean oscillations per second? If so, that's what the 128 implies. Are you asking if the number of oscillations changes depending how far down the prongs you place the weights of the weighted tuning fork? Gosh, I hope it wouldn't not change that number in a meaningful way at all. 🤷♀ Or perhaps I am not fully understanding your question. Feel free to clarify further, if you like. I wish you well with your continued exploration. I always love what you come up with. Have a great night!
@staryeeter2 ай бұрын
@@BELightTT the second of oscillations changing depending on how far you place the weights down. The reason why it would be a good thing to know that the vibe changes with where weights are placed down the fork is because the fork'll then give different applications for how to feel with what I'm using it for - currently feeling exaggerated sighs of relief and seeing how the fork changes the feeling i have depending on where the weights are placed down the fork, and I've narrowed down the combinations of what could happen by placing the fork on the gallbladder which should be the storage organ for anger at least - although it dramatically simplifies the combination logic as there's only one point for it on one hand and It's too damn obvious for how to massage that one spot because you either have to put pressure on it via circles or press/releases. I've shifted my mindset to another way of looking at the vibes, as well as finding it to be really really useful to combine the fork vibes with something called light langauge which I've just unveilled my innate ability of (the community calls it light language although I call it something else out of pragmatics, which is another paragraph which i won't state in order to stay on topic). The theory is that instead of looking for what weighted tuning fork oscillation numbers are (which I don't have because I don't have the equipment to film a fork going through a lot of sways; I attempted it), to think of the places where the weights are placed down the fork as bringing out an emotion of a different organ. I think the only way to truly clarify this logic is with the aid of my Lung Organ Emotion example - if i place the fork on my gallbladder hand point (it shouldn't make a difference to whether i place it on the palm or back of the hand, although may make a difference if i use the foot which I haven't tried - I've only tried on the palm) with the weights being between the first centimeter and three centimetres down, if I feel a sigh of relief for no reason and vibrate the fork on the spot, then my emotional state will change from (depending on where in that range it's placed) a sigh of relief to laughter, or give me a bigger sigh of relief (which was the initial intention). After that range of where the weight is placed down the fork, I get different emotional reactions. I thought that this might showcase how the organs are connected to one another in regard to the vibrations of the emotions they're responsible for giving out in a person, and how they're connected to themselves. With this example, in my belief, while I don't know what emotions the gallbladder were responsible for other than anger (which is honestly a guess to me that I'm using to simplify things), I believe that the negative emotion of the lungs is sadness which is an easy lookup, I believe they're responsible for carrying emotional weight that gives a person their feelings to smoke, although on the positive side for giving a person neutral feelings of relief, and laughter, which is why amplifying the state of a sigh of relief and making me laugh hard for no reason was very significant to me - they're positive lung emotions! Which to me means that this zone of where the weights of the tuning fork can be placed down the fork is where the vibrations of the fork connect the emotional reactions of the gallbladder and the lungs together, which also means that it could enable me to reframe a situation where I actually need to convert anger or pressure to either laugh it off or feel relieved from it and have my system rationalise what it meant to be positive for no other reason than I knew how to use my Fork Reframe! (It would beat my power pose QiGong reframe). A Genuine thank you for replying because Sky Life nor Sam Belyea have yet and you're very responsive! My friend David loved my idea when i came up with it a few days ago, upon watching Sam Belyae's video on self reflexology for the hand, to placebo a sigh of relief while press-releasing into the palm of your hand, which he said "oh my god I desperately needed that yesterday when I had joint pains in my hands and arms!" - I'm just upgrading and upgrading the principle as usual. (Hopefully you can understand this part, although it's more of a spew of what the dream thing to figure out would be which I'm close to figuring out, and it may be classed as mental rocket science in my perspective) The ultimate aim i have for all of this as I live in a really bad situation that's also really damn boring and my identity just forces me to keep finding solutions for everything and anything i can think of, is to figure out and change the thing Frank Pucelik says in an unpopular video to be the only 3-4 things that make any therapy work (which I believe could immediately be flipped into the positive side of things to mean that there are only 3-4 ways to make a person feel really good through what you say without guessing and leaving it to luck, and to change them into being able to put themselves into greater overall peak states even without realising it. I admit this part may not make sense until you understand the next part). I'll phrase it like this - virginia satir has in her model of therapy like 3-4 main stress stances that everyone uses throughout stressful situations whether they realise it or not. If you go into those positions like you're role playing and try to feel those ways even a little bit and say meaningless things aiming for the emotion of the stance to get connected with the meaningless statement, good luck not getting stressed out for no reason (in fact, when I did that it even heated up my entire system away from being cold and then after I'd finished the livestream session the exaggerated emotional stress had my hand flip on a rock with very little pressure and I dislocated my shoulder when it should've been perfectly fine otherwise). The perspective then is that each of those positions cause the person to gear what they say towards one particular statement that stresses everything out, like the Blamer's "I hate you!" (yeah there could be other statements although we're simplifying things here). I Hate You has a specific language structure that's obvious in NLP although I won't state here to not go into those terms which are still relatively easy to learn anyway. What Frank said he'd identified with John and the others was that the other of virginia's stances had one particular statement that came out in every stressful situation, and that these statements were in every therapy, and the only few successful therapies that were out there only worked because of the statements that healed/fixed, at levels probably below either the therapist or the other person's awareness, the problematic stress statements. Which I believe lie in a person's power poses which enable them to really easily achieve peak emotional states where they would have a much harder time even thinking about being stressed out! The dream here would be to figure out how to place the weights down the fork (or use the 128 unweighted) on specific organs so that the stressful statements are cut out, and the positive states amplified! Starting with the gallbladder because it just simplifies things. I'm aiming for organs responsible for deciding what to do with what a person sees and hears first because I believe that that sensory information is the prerequisite for them deciding how to feel about whatever it is and should also be the easiest to work with - therefore the gallbladder, then either the triple warmer which very clearly links what the person sees to what they hear and then decides how to make the person feel, and the large intestine because that's where most of my energy is flowing and it should be the meridian that's used directly after the person's system decides what to do with what they've saw and heard, although the entry point of the triple warmer directly linking ot the large intestine anway
@staryeeter2 ай бұрын
I'm deciding to give you the light language thing in another paragraph in case you decide to read it and aren't too confused with that last paragraph - you don't have to read this one in case you don't want to. Light language = human language/language of feelings/language of state in essence, languages like English are taught. Human language/state language is the language that humans are designed to express feelings directly to one another with that's brought out instead of taught. that I use my power pose model to explain really easily, then narrowed down can be explained even more by how the emotions given by each organ contribute to how a person feels in the emotional gesture, as well as how their meridian systems act in the power pose. I currently have my weighted fork set so that the weights are like one and a half cm down the prongs which makes me laugh when i have a sigh of relief and put it on my gallbladder on the palm of my hand. If i then access the feelings of Blamer and give one of Blamer's statements in state language ("i hate you" is "Hala Kee-esh!" in state language, which feels relieving, in a way different to swearing and I don't really swear anyway unlike most people right now), If I have the fork dinged and intend to move the fork with the energy of the speech (there must be an upwards energy current here for this to happen with me just feeling what to do here), the fork changes the way i feel to what's coming out of my mouth and so, for this statement, has me 1) not able to say it, and then 2) laugh off the statement until I'm satisfied. Doesn't cut out the need for the pressure addiction although at least now I've got away to vibrationally "cut it out!" when the things that I wish I had make me feel really negative, and I have another way of expressing myself when I'm alone that's more effective than swearing. When I've used this on the relief state with the statement "I'm so relieved!" with the weights at 0.75cm down with my hands descending down through my chest in that QiGong-related relief gesture (wouldn't have to know QiGon gwhatsoever in order to do this though), the fork's unexpectedly turned the state into peak excitement!

And in fact, I only own about 6 forks (2 weighted and 4 unweighted). That's why, this video series that you stumbled across is actually COMPLETELY DEVOTED to the OTTO 128Hz tuning fork, and no other. This series is about guiding everyone through the entire body, head to toe, using this one fork. I talk about the general benefits in Video No. 2 of this series: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hnqrkJdjm7-jl8k, but the OTTO 128 really shines for reducing muscle/joint/nerve pain; for moving the fluids of the body; for activating the parasympathetic nervous system; for balancing the nervous system; for releasing nitric oxide; for supporting a good immune response; and for encouraging deep, regenerative sleep. If you are interested in the OTTO 128, here is my affiliate link to BioSonics: biosonics.com/product/otto-tuner-128-weighted/ref/527/ And then, in terms of books, I always recommend John's Book as well, Human Tuning, because he offers such a wealth of wisdom from his personal experimentation, his clinical practice and also his musical ventures: biosonics.com/product/human-tuning-sound-healing-with-tuning-forks/ref/527/ Even if you are not interested in BioSonics, as a general rule, I would highly recommend that as a beginner, you simply start with 1 or 2 forks and experiment with them for a while before purchasing more. Really get familiar with their qualities and effective forms of use. If you buy too many from the get-go, it can be very overwhelming and you are quite likely to never use any of them, which would be unfortunate. @BELightTT4 ай бұрын
Hi @kimcarver4624 I appreciate you watching and also this excellent question. I get asked about osteoporosis quite a bit. Please keep in mind, my answer might not be perfect, and not every sound healer might agree with me. If you check the comment pinned to the top of any of my tuning fork videos, you will find my explanation. I am copying it for you here. I hope it helps you to make a more informed decision. OSTEOPOROSIS: I get asked about osteoporosis probably more than almost anything else.

@savannahgirl2010 Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment. I appreciate that so much. So, Alex, what is the hardward in your neck and how old is it? You had a spinal fusion or something? Let me be perfectly honest, Alex, because I am teaching on KZbin where anyone and everyone can access these videos, and where I am not able to evaluate you with my own eyes, I tend to be extra cautious with people so that everyone can be as safe as possible. I always worry about the outcome of long-term vibration use over areas that have screws/bolts. I would never want to create that problem for someone. Also, in some cases, the vibration might just outright feel strange over areas of metal. Having said all that, the materials they are using nowadays for surgical procedures are so durable, there is probably little risk of damage from the gentle vibration of the tuning fork. I would definitely encourage you to seek the opinion of your surgeon, if that's an option, as I might be making an issue where there is none. And in either case, yes, you can absolutely use the fork on other areas of your body, a bit removed from your neck. Definitely. That should be absolutely fine. I think it's very sweet that you're working on your husband as well. What a nice bonding experience. How does he like it? Are you getting good results? I hope this helps, Alex, and puts your mind to rest a bit. In terms of materials, that's actually not my specialty. Every manufacturer is going to use a different combination of metals and alloys. I buy all my forks from BioSonics because I really trust the integrity and quality of their products. You can find links to their site in the comment pinned to the top of this page. I hope this is helpful, Alex. Please let me know if you have any further questions and thank you again for supporting the channel!

Hi @Muzaffar Mirza. Thank you for all the excellent questions. I just wrote you a long response and it got erased🤦♀️, so let me try a second time. Here we go. The 128Hz frequency specifically is shown to create spikes in nitric oxide; that is one of its primary benefits. It does not just help produce nasal nitric oxide, it helps to create spikes of nitric oxide release at the location of contact. For this reason, I believe the nitric oxide is being produced by the endothelial cells throughout the body. It has been shown that sound waves most certainly stimulate and have an impact on the connective tissues of the body, and the tuning fork is no exception. The fact is that nitric oxide is a very elusive molecule; it releases, it acts and it dissipates very quickly. But in performing a tuning fork session, we can create this continuous cascade of nitric oxide release by promoting these temporary spikes as we move from one point to the other. The NO spike happens instantly, and then diminishes within about 1-2 minutes. But if we use the tuning fork for 10-15 minutes, we are promoting NO release continuously throughout that time, as we move around the body. (But please do not use the fork more than twice in one spot, as there is a diminishing return of NO release when an area is over-stimulated.) In terms of the points, there are definitely a lot in this long video and you do NOT need to do all the them. I included so many because I wanted you to feel confident exploring your body and discerning what works best for you. It is, of course, perfectly fine to just choose a few points that really feel beneficial for you and work with just those points daily or weekly. But also keep in mind that people are using this tuning fork for other reasons besides simply NO release. The 128Hz can also assist with muscle & joint pain, with balancing the autonomic nervous system, with promoting deep sleep and with mobilizing fluids. I hope this helps!. Thank you so much for watching and for asking such great questions. Have a great night.

I purchased this tuning fork after watching your video on nitric oxide. Can you explain the anticipated benefit of the vibration at each point you are now demonstrating? Do we use these points only if we have pain or is there a known benefit by just “tuning in”? Thank you for this information and for your breathing series.
@BELightTT3 жыл бұрын
Hi, @ Myles Kleper Thank you for watching and commenting. If you are really interested in this topic, I would highly recommend reading Human Tuning by John Beaulieu: biosonics.com/product/human-tuning-sound-healing-with-tuning-forks/ John has played with these forks, on himself and in his clinical practice at Bellevue Hospital in NYC, for decades! The book will go into much greater specificity for you. But in the meantime, try not to think of this practice as linear in nature (meaning if it hurts here, I put the fork here). Everything in your body is connected, so you have to think a bit more globally. Yes, if you have pain in a specific place, I invite you to use the fork there. But that is not the ONLY function for a tuning fork. I find that the tuning forks shine for helping to generate a spike of nitric oxide in the body, which stimulates more of a parasympathetic response and helps to stimulate a healthy immune response. The forks are awesome for helping you to down-regulate and relax. They can slow down the brain waves, bring you into a calmer state of mind, and create a terrain that is ripe for healing. They sort of set the environment in your body to assist with the healing process. As I go through all of these points, there's no way I could say specifically "this point does this, and this point does that"....there are way too many factors at play in each individual for that. This video series is really designed to be an exploration, not a formula. As you go through, I ask that you tap into the subtle responses in your body and see which points FEEL good, or elicit a positive effect, and which don't. You may find that certain points are annoying, or aggravate a symptom, in which case you would avoid those points. Now, the best way for use to learn as a community is to share our experiences as we go through this process. For example, maybe 5 people come back and say "Those points around my lips really helped to stimulate my digestive response." Or, "That point in the middle of my sternum instantly helped me to breathe more deeply." Whatever it is! In this way, we start to collectively build a catalogue of how these different areas connect in our bodies, and how the tuning fork can deepen that connection. I hope this is helpful. I'm sorry to not give you a more specific response, but I don't want to be misleading. In general, the forks should make you feel relaxed, at peace, quiet in mind and body and promote deep sleep. If you are getting stressed from using the forks, then they may not be the tool for you. Thank you for this question.

@BELightTT2 жыл бұрын
Hi @Tamara Adams Thanks for watching and for commenting. I don't see anything technically wrong with using two OTTO 128s at the same time. In my opinion, the only limitation will be your ability to coordinate the treatment.🤣 It's a bit of work to simultaneously strike and get both tuning forks vibrating at the same time. One might "die out" faster than the other. You might get tired of holding both arms up at the same time. But besides those silly little details, if you can manage it, go for it! It would certainly expedite the process. I have simultaneously used two forks on my clients, but in different areas. I've never tried two tuning forks on the face at the same time. But it might be worth a shot. Let me know what you discover. I'm curious to know if it's overwhelming or amazing! 😉

Hi @EricDagdagan I'm glad to hear you are recovering well. May I ask what the surgery entailed exactly? I only ask because if there are any metal parts, you may want to be a bit cautious, or at least get clearance from your surgeon. 1. If there are any bolts or screws, I just like a surgeon's confirmation that the low-grade, gentle vibration will not disrupt your hardware. 2. Make sure working around the neck does not create any discomfort for you. Otherwise, all good! I actually think tuning forks can be quite helpful around scar tissue for improving the healing time, and they are definitely beneficial for pain relief and inflammation reduction. I hope this helps! Hi, @61biglou I'm glad you are experimenting. I can't really speak for different brands of forks, as I only use the BioSonics forks. Please let me know how your experience goes. In terms of the piece on the bottom, I listed the link in the video description. It's called a "crystal gem foot". But if you thought the tuning fork was too expensive, you'll gasp at the price of that little attachment...it's more than the tuning fork itself! 😮😂 Here's is the link in case you are interested: biosonics.com/product/clear-quartz-gem-foot-attachment-2/ As an alternative, one of my subscribers told me that he purchased a wooden file handle (like you would use on a filing tool) and attached it to the bottom of his tuning fork. He says it works great! It takes a bit of craftsmanship to attach it, but it is certainly a cheaper alternative for offering you that wider surface area on the base of your fork. I hope that helps. @@61biglou i bought a 128 weighted Otto. Cheap 👍. But I measured it to 130Hz, and it was diecast. You can see if it is a diecast instead of machined by the smoothness. I think biosonics and the store owneb by Eilleen Day Makeusick are good. Also a website including 256 or something. So -my first Otto 128 weighted. Dont use bcse of the poor quality. With regards to crystals; They are a piezoelecric item. Means if you squeeze it it will emit electrons. In form of energy and frequencies. Possibly also light (photons). A Crystal in the Electronics industry tend to be very accurat and will make a resonance based on design. Thickness, shape, cut Angle from the raw Crystal etc. In every watch it is a watch Crystal resonating at 32768Hz. Devide that by 2 a few times and you will get 1 aka break down to 1 second. This is always a tuning fork design with a specific Angle called XT cut. Other Electronics is more usual to use an AT cut Crystal because it is in the megahertz area. That design is a disc design like a gong gong. So - a Crystal in the end can be useful. It certainly will emit electrons. It will Even be more useful if it want to resonate and emit photons and possibly other «unknown» waves/energy/information.

@BELightTT Жыл бұрын
Hi @Paul Mckay As you can imagine, tuning fork research is not a top priority. However, if interested, I would recommend the book Human Tuning, by one of my teachers, John Beaulieu. Here's a link for your convenience: biosonics.com/product/human-tuning-sound-healing-with-tuning-forks/ref/527/ John has had a clinical practice for about 50 years, and has a lot of evidence (both clinical and anecdotal) to share. His book also contains a number of resources. Since sound therapy/music therapy as a more global practice is quite popular and well-founded (people get master's degrees in these topics) you will certainly be able to find some interesting studies if you care to do an internet search. In the meantime, you might enjoy this article: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12761468/ This is actually only the abstract, but I'm sure you can find the full article online. It is quite interesting. Hi @Patricia Safyurek That's a great question. I tend to be extra cautious with osteoporosis/osteopenia, especially teaching here on KZbin where I am not able to evaluate everyone using the forks. Since you do not have severe osteoporosis, and the bone weakening seems to be isolated mostly to the hip, I would say yes, the tuning fork is gentle enough that you can certainly enjoy the benefits away from that area. Head and face should be perfectly fine. You would probably be ok on the sternum as well. And definitely the feet will be no problem. @BELightTT2 жыл бұрын
Hi @Ally Foose I am sorry to hear about your laryngectomy. And I am doubly sad to hear that you are not getting any benefit from your myofascial release sessions (that was the main focus of my work for about 17 years😉) Ally, there are no promises with these treatments. Everyone will respond differently. Some of my students have seemingly miraculous results with the tuning forks, whereas others have a more neutral response. I can guarantee that the tuning fork will certainly help to down-regulate your nervous system and promote healing in the body. Will it be enough to break up fibrous scar tissue? Maybe, maybe not. I don't have enough clinical experience with that to give you a super confident answer, and I don't want to make any false promises. If money is no issue for you and you are curious about the tuning fork for other aspects of your health as well, then I would say go for it! Just experiment and see what happens. It certainly will not make the fibrosis worse. But I do not know definitively if it will get you the results you want either. I hope this helps you to make a decision. @BELightTT2 жыл бұрын
@Amore that doesn't sound quite right. Do you mean it stops vibrating completely and immediately? It might be the way you are holding the fork. If you touch the prongs at all, the vibration will halt. So when applying the fork to your body, you want to make sure you are really only touching it/holding it on the stem and not touching the prongs at all. Now, if you mean it vibrates for a little bit and then stops, well that is exactly how a tuning fork works. It's not designed to vibrate for a very long period of time, which is why we need to continuously re-strike it. I would say, in general, you should feel about 20-30 seconds of palpable vibration, and maybe hear another 20-30 seconds of audible vibration. Please let me know if this makes sense. May I also ask where you purchased your fork from? Because varying quality will offer varying results. 🤷♀

Hi, thank you for these teachings. Would this tool be helpful for treating hip inflammation? and carpal tunnel syndrome? I'm doing everything holistic I can find to avoid surgery.

Hi @Osiris Montenegro (what a cool name, by the way😉). I am releasing the 2nd video in this tuning fork series next Tuesday, July 20th, which will offer a review of the benefits of the OTTO 128. You may want to come back and take a look at that next week. But in the meantime, you know, honestly, every single person on this planet is going to respond differently to every single intervention (whether holistic or allopathic in nature). My suggestion is that if this gentle vibration therapy appeals to you, you should try it. I would work with the fork consistently for 2-3 weeks to see if it is having any impact. I do believe that the OTTO 128 really does shine when it comes to treating pain & stiffness in the muscles and joints (which would include inflammation), calming the nervous system, encouraging deeper sleep, and also releasing nitric oxide (which also impacts your innate immune system, including your inflammatory response). Having said that, with joint and nerve pain, you are also going to want to find a functional regimen that addresses the tissue limitations and/or weaknesses themselves. So for example, if you have true carpal tunnel syndrome, it would be ideal if you could reduce whatever behaviors are aggravating your symptoms and maybe find a physical therapist or osteopath (etc.) to help you release the nerve impingement. Same with the hip. Why is that hip chronically inflamed? Is it a biomechanical issue? If you can correct some of the behaviors that are keeping you stuck in an inflammatory state, that would go very far in reducing your pain. And then self-care tools like the tuning forks would be the cherry on top for keeping your stress levels low, controlling inflammation, and encouraging deep rest and recovery. I hope that makes sense. I wish you a lot of luck on your journey, and I absolutely support you in seeking out all methods possible for avoiding surgery. Keep me posted! Have a wonderful day.

If one has 2 identical tuning forks, can they use both forks simultaneously on symmetrical points on both sides? What would happen? What is your opinion and maybe experience with other hzs? What is the significance of 128hz over others? Thank you.
@BELightTT Жыл бұрын
@White Lily777 1. You can definitely use 2 tuning forks at once. Both at the same frequency, or even two different complimentary frequencies! In my private practice, I used to often use my OTTO C 128Hz + my OTTO G 192Hz at the same time as I worked my way around the body. I'd say the most difficult part is coordinating the 2 forks, but other than that, you can definitely play around with two at once. 2. What would happen? I mean that's really for you to experiment and find out. It might be incredibly relaxing for you, or you might find that it's a bit too much. You'd have to try it out and see, but know there's nothing wrong with experimenting in that way. 3. There are tons of different frequencies out there to work with and tons of tuning fork teachers. There's no end to the debate of which frequency is good for what. I honestly try to keep things very simple and non-dogmatic. I have a very small collection of forks, and I find that I turn to my OTTO 128 more than any other, which is why I chose to make this series devoted to that fork. But how deep you choose to go down that rabbit hole is up to you, Lily. There really is no bottom. You could spend the rest of your life exploring different frequencies. 4. @leftrightcenter8909 I get this question more than any other. In fact, if you look in the comment pinned to the top of any of my tuning fork videos, you will find my response included in there. This is me being extra cautious, as I'm teaching on KZbin and am not able to observe/assess people in person. I always tend to err on the side of caution. And you are absolutely correct about those standing vibration machines, which are way more powerful than a tuning fork. I will copy my typical response here for you to read. I hope it helps. Thank you for watching and supporting the channel. I appreciate that! OSTEOPOROSIS: I get asked about osteoporosis probably more than almost anything else.

I want to use the. Tuning fork to activate my Pineal Gland. It is said the pineal gland is calcified over time. There are many videos on the benefits of a healthy pineal gland. Will use of tuning fork directly stimulate and activate and repair the pineal gland?? Please let me know. Meanwhile, I want to generate nitric oxide to lower my blood pressure. Normal is 120/80. I am at 140/78. Pretty good.

@Hiram Martin I do not have access to much research on this topic to make a definitive claim that the 128Hz tuning fork will help prevent calcification of the pineal gland. That is a very specific question requiring very specific research. If you find a paper on it, please share with me. 🙏 I do believe that the tuning fork can stimulate the pineal gland, however, and there are two points in particular I would focus on in order to address this: 1. crown of the head - the very center point on the top of your skull 2. third-eye - the space on your forehead between your two eyes. For a demonstration of these two points, please see this video: Point 1 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYPQc3R4f66jncU Point 2 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYPQc3R4f66jncU I hope that helps.

@@BELightTT Hey. Thank you. I have researched the pineal gland and I know any constant vibration will activate it. Most times it is vibrated by chanting or even humming. Chanting OHMM will do it. So I know a tuning fork will work especially a weighted fork as you suggest. Also breath exercises through the nose and squeezing the perineum simultaneously will do it and then holding the breath as you place the tuning fork on the third eye (between the eyebrows). Thank you for telling me about the tuning fork. Very helpful. I subscribed to Your channel. Suggestion: any video you make about activating the pineal gland using tuning fork will be very popular. Everybody wants to release Kundalini energy & open pineal gland and release DMT-dimethyltriptamine. Check it out yourself and you will see how valuable the Pineal Gland is. It is the gateway to our inner being. This is where there is clairvoyance & clairaudience & mental telepathy & astral travel and lucid dreaming and time travel. Etc. Thanks.

@@hirammartin8151 Hi! Yes, you are right. I am very familiar with the mystical qualities of the pineal gland, and I know everyone is looking for that natural DMT release. I, myself, have practiced that very breath you described where you squeeze the perineum. I do appreciate your suggestion about making a video about the pineal gland, as I agree it would get a lot of views, but it's honestly not my specialty. I would rather leave it for those teachers who feel they have an expertise in that area. So you know, I did a full 15-minute skull treatment on myself last night using the OTTO 128 tuning fork, and I had VERY vivid dreams!! I do believe the tuning forks are powerful for working on the more subtle connections and energetics of the body. I am so happy to hear your excitement about using the forks. Please keep in touch and let me know what you discover in using them regularly. 😊

@@BELightTT Wow! That’s great about the skull treatment. Please do not undersell yourself. You have a lot of expertise. You are by yourself about the tuning fork. I listen to a lot of videos about activating the pineal gland and NOBODY talks about use if a tuning fork. Instead, they tell you to chant certain words or use breath techniques. Yes. All good things. But you offer an additional variable that is very helpful-the weighted tuning fork. Again. It is your business but you can and should talk more about the skull treatment as well as using tuning fork to heal the body. I appreciate you greatly and look forward to your future videos.

@@hirammartin8151 That is very kind of you. Thanks so much for the encouragement. I appreciate it so much. Well, I plan to make this OTTO 128 Tuning Fork exploration a series. I plan to guide everyone through the entire body with the fork. I imagine in the end, there may be 12 or so videos in the series. The skull treatment will be Video Number 2, and I plan to release it in a few weeks. Stay posted. It is very simple, but very effective. I am sure you will enjoy it. Thanks so much for subscribing and for taking the time to comment. I really appreciate that. Talk soon. 😉

I have psoriasis arthritis . What should I avoid. I have been told I have osteopenia according to a doctor. So can I use the forks away from my body?
@BELightTT2 жыл бұрын
@kavi shah as regards the psoriatic arthritis, you should have no problem at all with the tuning fork. The OTTO 128 tends to be incredibly helpful for arthritis, in general. (Of course, you always have to experiment on your own body to see what works best, but in general, people have really good results with easing their arthritic pain.) In terms of the osteopenia, this is a really tough topic, Kavi. I am teaching on KZbin, so I have to be extra cautious about how I guide and consult people, since I am not able to do a proper evaluation with you, right? So my extra cautious advice is if there is any bone weakness at all, you should avoid using the fork on the body. Now, there can be some caveats to this. 1. Osteopenia is not full-blown osteoporosis, so the bones are not as weak 2. The vibration from the OTTO 128 is very gentle...powerful, but gentle. Do I think occasional application will cause injury to an already weakened bone? Probably not, but I cannot speak to the cumulative effects over time in terms of potentially encouraging that weaker bone tissue to fracture. 3. If you know exactly where you have osteopenia, you can simply work on areas of your body AWAY from that area. For example, if most of the bone weakening is in your hips or lumbar spine, you should have no problem using the tuning fork on your face & skull. Again, I cannot tell you what to do, I can just offer my cautious, professional opinion. Does this help? And lastly, you can always use the forks AWAY from the body without any problem, but the WEIGHTED tuning forks are really designed for use ON the body. If you are interested in sound therapy, then an UNWEIGHTED tuning fork might be better suited to your needs. You can check out this video in order to better understand the distinction: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4utYnmbjt5paKs Let me know if this clarifies anything for you! Thank you for your wonderful question.

applied to the chin with clenched teeth causes the tone to transmit through the cranium . Good or bad?
@BELightTT3 жыл бұрын
@Gerry R I am so glad you asked this question. I have also done that maneuver, and I tend to really like the sensation. I did not include it in the video, because honestly, I do not think it's a great idea. Once or twice, ok, but regularly, maybe not. My teacher has said NOT to use the tuning fork on the teeth. I think over time, the vibration might negatively impact teeth, even potentially causing micro-fractures. I have a good friend who plays the didgeridoo, and over the years, she has noticed her teeth start to develop micro-cracks due to the intense vibration. I would say alternatively, you can apply the tuning fork through the lip and cheek tissue, into the gums. That feels really amazing, and won't be overly disruptive to the teeth themselves. And also, you can do the move you suggested, but without your teeth touching. You may not feel it through the entire cranium, but you certainly feel it through the TMJ and ear, which is pretty nice. I hope that helps. Let me know how you feel about this answer...if it feels aligned with your own perception or not. I believe it's always better to err on the side of caution with these things.
