I'm so excited for the zipper gig! I set my calendar alarm and got one right as the countdown clock clicked over. Totally did the office chair happy dance!! No more fiddling around with my silly bent dinner fork for installing zipper pulls! Yay!!😊

I just discovered this tool now and am very sad it'no longer being made. Even selling the top piece that holds the zipper pull would be great. So many other jigs are so thin

What about all the times where patterns want you to sew fabric to the zipper first and then put the zipper on? I have the hardest time putting a zipper on after its already attached to fabric...

It would be the same way. It can be helpful to mark where the zipper lines up and then attach that way

You could find something similar on Amazon searching for zipper jig but it does have stabby end bits. Sadly this was such a pain to manufacture that it is a one time thing

I never found I needed a Zipper Jig they just slide on perfectly by putting the ends in and laying it on the table and pulling in on. I don't have nails so I'm sure that makes it easier. lol

Holding your zipper tape out at an angle is the biggest thing that will help!
