Main ap se totally agree nahe hoon i think her ek ki body different hoti hai jin ko health issues hai woh use na kari aur everyday 30 min karne se b kuch wrong nahe hota mere full body ko farq parta hai mainy start 10 se kiya tha aur ab roz 30 min karti hoon aur phir baki exercise b karti hoon aur mere bachay b operation se hua hai aur Masha''Allah mujha kabhi koye problem nahe hua Allah k fazal se🤗

brother I think u have very less experience if u wear good trainers u will have no problem in knees plus treadmill gives strength to ur legs I am using treadmill more then 15 years Alhamdulillah I have no problem but minimum incline should be 1 thanks۔
