VooDoo floss is a great way to improve your knee movement and manage swelling
How to apply:
- start from the bottom up
- overlap the band by about 50%
- avoid tingling/numbness/foot heaviness
- move the knee around for up to 2 minutes or until you start to feel tingling/heaviness
- take the wrap off and move the limb around
- repeat as tolerated
- this should NOT be used if a fracture is suspected
