You're so welcome! Yes they allowed me to print only one sheet. Honestly I can't remember what the cost was because this was a while ago but I think it was just rung up as a color copy because I brought the paper.

Do you use an inkjet printer or a laser printer for the waterslide paper?

There are waterslide paper options for either style printer. I believe I used laser and had them printed at Office Max.

I have clear water slide paper, there for when I print obviously it doesn't print the white, so any recommendations to make the colors pop a little more..? I didn't add any background like resin so maybe that helps? Thanks in advance!

If you want it to look like the image typically seen on your computer screen, I suggest putting it over a white layer. That can be paint or colored resin. You can sometimes get away with putting it over a color, but you may not like the final result.
