Some people don’t like Windows, Linux or Mac and just want the simplicity of a Chromebook. Plus you can get a Quest 2 for about $250 US.

Chromebooks are frustrating imo. There are a lot of limitations and things which you can't do. (Microsoft Office Native apps, Gaming, Editing on OG Apps, etc) Chromebook is more over like a big tab with keyboard.

@@TherealYUVRAJ Yeah, you definitely have to get the computer that meets your needs. All those things you mentioned are not what Chromebooks were designed to do. That being said, those "gaming on Chromebook" ads are pretty misleading. It all depends on what you need. For my workflow they're a bit too limiting as well, but I know a lot of people that are very happy with their Chromebooks. They're fantastic if most of your work is online or you remote into other computers, trough something like Citrix. With native Linux application support it drastically increases the usability of them as well.
