I just got mine today. Needed a visual and this really helped. Thanks for the walk-thru Sir.

UPDATE: After just 2 weeks of using this either once or twice a day, I had the opportunity to sing at a Christmas party and couldn't believe how few breaths I needed to take between phrases. Love this thing!

@@Poetry4Peace Anxiety. Never thought of that. They do say controlled breathing can help with anxiety so, I'll keep that in mind when I use this thing now too. Thanks.

You are such an inspiration for to me for the euphonium! Your tone just always continues to amaze me! If I could have any euphonium teacher, I think I would want you. Thank you for the heart on my comment!

Do you guys have any tips regarding the saliva accumulation while using the breath trainer? I find myself having to interrupt the breath excercise due to saliva dripping out. Perhaps my “sets” are too long?

I was just thinking, arent we supposed to breathe through our nose as opposed to the mouth? So doing this is okay and beneficial?
@RustyIsScared3 жыл бұрын
Yes correct. If youre like me and have bad habits breathing with ur mouth then this will help you. But just being aware and practise makes the biggest difference prob.

I believe you're just strengthening the muscles, but not learning to breathe through the mouth.

I tried Serrapeptase and it totally cured my asthma. I take 750,000 IU as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach. I don't have anything else, even tea or coffee, until half an hour has passed. Within 2 weeks of doing this, my asthma that I'd had for 25 years disappeared and my sinuses were 50% better. I've tried various brands but the big results came from using the Vitacure brand which is manufactured in England.

If you do see this comment, Steven Mead, please respond. Could you help me out for double and triple tonguing? I am in 8th grade, and I am an excellent euphonium player. I could really use some help! Thank You, David.

do i need to breath with my lungs so my belly gets bigger or chest?
@stevemead1 Жыл бұрын
My recommendation would be belly first, followed by chest.
