I am actually working on a Software Startup related to Trading and crypto. But I am all alone and I need to hire a good Team of SDEs for the development of my product which requires a good investment. Well when I will get an investment meeting with Angel/VC investors how should I ask them to invest without even building the product?? That's the main point where I am looking for investment i.e. for dev of the product itself. I live in India btw

The more traction you have, the easier it is to raise funding (if you need it at that point). There are cases where founders can convince investors to join them even pre-product, but that's pretty rare these days.
