1. Legs to the side 2. Legs behind the head (toes touching the ground) 3. Quad stretch (one leg bent, leaning back) 4. Glute stretch (sitting, one leg bent, other leg resting on it) 5. Static lunge (knee on ground) 6. Shoulder stretch (face down, one arm stretched under & across body) 7. Legs apart / grabbing one foot 8. Sitting on heels, toes relaxed 9. Hip stretch: Lying on back, bent legs to the side, one leg pushing the other to the ground 10. Lift one leg and pull it to your body 11. Pectoral stretch: lying on stomach, one arm out, rolling over it 12a. On one knee, one leg in front to stretch thighs 12b. leg to the side to stretch abductors 13. On knees, stretch body forward, arms extended 14. Triceps stretch: seated, one arm bent behind head, the other pushing it down

Hey coach, first of all thank you for all the amazing contents you are debating on the channel (I'm pretty new to the volleyball world and I've been watching all your vids for hours in the past few days and noted every single detail •‿• ) I've been looking for some stretching to do before the training/match but In this video it's said that this routine is for the "after game". During the warm up in the pre match, I noticed that other teams did a very similar stretching to this one (static stretch) before the game than followed by a dinamic stretch...so my question is...can I perform this stretching routine also before the game/training and after that a dinamic stretch? Or If there is another tipe of static stretching that can be done before the match, can you do a vid about it? My English is not perfect so I hope you understood...thanks in advance.

It is better to do more dynamic stretching than this one before game, but even static stretching is ok. No stretching is the worst option😀

@@VolleyCountrycom I playing pro vball 26 years. So that's old sistem and bad one. How u can worm up in static position haha. To stretch after practice is ok but before no. With static stretching u just make muscle weaker.

Well, we did not understand each other😀 I am also speaking about lazy static stretching after game or practise. You can hear it in the first seconds of video😉 Before practise we need dynamic stretching👍
