Crazy I started with the Chicago electric you showed and the Vulcan mask you have then upgraded to the Vulcan welder you have. FYI the spool gun allows you to feed aluminum into a mig gun or wire feed gun. As a regular mug gun will definitely drive you nuts as it breaks inside the wire rod.

Hey bud i have a mig max 215 vulcan,and i saw people doing aluminum without spool gun on mig welders,i can get mine dialed in at all,any tips

Man, I honestly suck at welding. I think he just got a practice. Do you want me to make a new video on it but I would never do aluminum without the spool just clean your area extremely well with the grinder.

Could you not have put it on the Tig welding setting and used a Tig torch to weld aluminum?

It doesn’t have AC TIG function.
