I hope Jocko inspires MORE young men like myself to start a youtube channel and help young men become BETTER! We gotta help eachother out guys. Leadership, masculinity, strength, and discipline is very scarce these days, it is a CRISIS. We gotta be our own heroes.

I was just explaining this last night...What a perfectly timed video. A subtle leader, in my eyes, is simply a leader that is able to stay calm under pressure situations and lead by example, but also looks back and helps his people.

I was Chief Quartermaster on a 688 class submarine. My Navigator was so smooth. He called me to his stateroom for a talk, and it wasn't until an hour after that it dawned on me I had just had my ass chewed.

It's scary how this actually is such a perfect description for what the existence in our universe is doing. The process itself is consciously leading the whole show while all moves to that subtle leadership... God is exactly this kind of leader hahahha Jocko is accidentally the most spiritual speaker

Supermarket entry, thats a great term, when playing speedball (NPPL paintball) time is absent as a game lasts seconds, so when this happens we go by a rule of understanding, we know whcih one of us is better than the other offering cover, so instantly that one will say “Ill cover you” and assume a position so the other teammate knows its go time and no bumping will happen

You guys should watch this: How to clean up an oil spill -magnetize the oil first | Arden Warner | TEDxNaperville fulfills all the main requirements for delicate situations: no chemicals, nothing added which cannot be removed, innexpensive, easily adaptable to current equipment....its trully an excellent fit! ^_^ If we, FOCUSED on incentives to bring this type of innovation forward, we could take full advantage of our resources without the impacts to the coral....(no coral = no krill). And if we took this approach for all the energy sources that would definitely completely change the energy debates. All of a sudden its about how we can solve the problems in the most efficient way.

I agree with everything in this video :D. Still sad that you can't go a victory dance though....they do them for ALL the sports. People need to get more of a sense of humour bc them not having one, just kills some of the fun for ytou'd normally get out of the victory dance.

So then how do you handle someone who always takes on the leadership role? No matter the decision you make they always override yours and go with there’s? Fail or succeed it’s there way! I usually sit back and take it but part of me wants to call them out for being an incompetent fool but seeing that he is my leader do I just sit back

Try getting a band together. Then try and keep it together. Artist are impossible. Military has no idea. Bunch of drugged out drama freaks if you take the drugs and drama away, they can't play . No more edge. I give up!
@gnarthdarkanen74643 жыл бұрын
Sounds like you need to look into better people to begin with. I've been around a LOT of artists and musicians... drugs and dram are not creative energies. They're lies and deterioration, masquerading as a crutch. True creativity is rare. It's hard, or everyone would just be naturally good at it. Keep looking, and plant the seeds of confidence where you know they can sprout. Don't waste your time on drug-stewed zombies that won't live long enough to reach any degree of fame... AND Keith Richards has outright pointedly said he'd have been just as happy scraping by on playing in bars his whole life. If you're not in the business because you love it, you're there for the wrong reasons from the get-go. Evaluate what you want... ;o)
