How to Wire a Honeywell Security System, Vista 15P and Vista 20P

Thanks for the video, it was very educational. Question, my honeywell keypad is reporting FC after I have disconnected phone line to re route some cables. Everything is plugged back in the way it was but to no avail. FC comes and goes. Phone works fine. What are voltage levels of rj31x wiring? What voltage level is required to clear the FC?
