Full marks for having a go. I don't know what you do for a living, but you have a good logical approach to your electrics. I've been down the same road many times and, we learn as we go along. It's how the world works fundamentally. Trial and error.

That looks awesome btw. I too am in agreement with replacing that transformer stock headlight. I was thinking something akin to a buell xb9/12s headlight.

Can tell how to wire the relay for the high beam. And you also get the high beam indicator light on?

The top link in the description goes into greater detail about the wiring. The headlight indicator works just fine!

What did you end up doing with the speedometer?

I welded a custom mount for it. Basically just a bracket that connects to bolt holes for the headlight.
