I'm 42 years old now, and for the life of me I can't recall when or how I ever written a paper. But, I find myself fighting for an opportunity to change my life by starting college on this Thursday. To help with the very expensive out of pocket cost, I have been asked to write an essay to be considered to receive a scholarship for my remaining tuition. I had no clue what I was going to do, or how to write an essay to achieve this goal until I stumbled across your highly effective "How To" video on essay writing. James I believe your my angel to an answered prayer, and from the bottom of my heart I wanna say "Thank You", for taking the time to share your knowledge on this subject, because it's given me the confidence I need to knock this ball out of the park with the most POWERFUL and HEARTFELT essay the world have ever read. Once I have been given confirmation of receiving my scholarship because I'm standing on God's promise that it's already DONE, I will send you a copy of my reward letter. I hope and pray that others will use your passion and willingness to share this gift to achieve greatness, just as I plan too. God Bless You James❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💋

Ibrahim K Fuck you. You didn't have to say african. We're all humans, you must be uneducated about that

Well there is educated ones who understand that we all have different opinions; and others, like yourself, who do not know how to carry yourself or use common sense. Try to be more analytical. Btw I am african...might I add!! TC and don't bother me. I have better things to do.

AshleyB2004 How is it racist. One can only be racist when they degrade or tarnish the character of another race in order to move up within society. (I am not caucasian) Furthermore Racism means: Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior (I am african) Try to think before you type or speak. Good bye!!!

I've got severe ADHD (self-diagnosed) and this man is saving my life. I am super satisfied with my introduction for a 2000 word essay and I have a feeling adding my anecdote will be moving for the reader which I hope haha highly suggest for all struggling to write an essay especially if required to write 2000 words or more.

I despise writing.However, I appreciate your insight on the subject matter. I wish half my professors had your enthusiasm when teaching. Although, I would be distracted, by how attractive you are! Aye.

I'm practicing how to write essays for my GED exam and I've seen so many videos of how to start writing an essay but none of the tutorials can be compared to this one. It's the best and helped me immediately in less than an hour. Thank you so much! My only question is are there any more essay teaching videos with James? Hopefully there are.

Every teacher should teach it like this. I finally understand how to write an introduction now.
@lindseysivaslian73710 жыл бұрын
It's much better to write the essay's body paragraphs before the introduction. Intro and conclusion should be written last. Otherwise, a common mistake of students is that the introduction and body paragraphs don't match. I teach ESL students at a university in CA.

It's best to finalize your introduction and conclusion after writing the body of your essay. But beginning an essay without an understanding of what you want to prove, without a beginning, is dangerous and can lead to confusion. It's important to devote time and language to an introduction - even if that introduction changes - before writing the body as it provides direction, focus, and a sense of purpose for both the writer and reader.
