I also do the chocolate with Starbucks double energy mocha luv it!.. just can't do those milks of any kind but this working and added flavors! I have menopausal weight 59 here... luv u! I would LOVE for you to help me..again!! I did P90X 2 times after a REALLY BAD accident (I was in a coma for a month) and I was in great shape..but I was working so hard I didn't have time to work out..now I can work out for a day or two but can't keep working out...you've been there.. you've done that know..WHAT DO I DO?

Soy is so bad it causes estrogen dominance and that leads to excess fibrin in the body which leads to pain and stiffness. This is why proteolytic enzymes like zymeessence break that down and not to mention that is the world's strongest proteolytic enzyme. And it's made correctly. He took a 40-60 pills 3x day regimen and got it down to nine pills a day or you can take three at maintenance level a day. Estrogen is a huge problem.
