An MMO designed like this would be so expensive and difficult to make yet so, so amazing and satisfying. And this video kind of gets my point about how Assassin's Creed games aren't really... AC games anymore. In the originals, combat was designed around stealth and exploration combined. Nowadays combat is just leveling up abilities. In a way, AC's storytelling was originally like this game... You spent the game trying to avoid combat, and when you found it you dealt with it quickly, and when you were actually discovered in the story you were at a significant disadvantage. It made each encounter meaningful.
