PinkNightmares91 don’t over think it. It’s like daydreaming and watching a scary movie. Although you aren’t in the movie or scary situation, your brain still reacts as if it’s real (i.e., you feel the emotion of fear, your muscles might tense at the boogeyman on the screen, you might hold your breath when you see someone about to die in the movie, you feel relief and joy when you they finally catch the bad guy).

1. Quiet your mind as much as you can. 2. Pick an area in your life that you would like to visualize manifestating in your life right at this moment. 3. Visualization is so powerful! In 2017 I envisioned the house that I wanted from the actual location to it having a balcony to it being a multi family home, to it being sun drenched a and having a walk in closet. Let me tell you, I got exactly that and more in 3/29/2018. I couldn’t believe that it worked and how quickly it manifested. To add to it, I did it as a single woman. A few months later I became pregnant with a baby boy I’ve always prayed for and I got married in 2019. I put all this on my dream board and all came to light. Visualization is powerful! @pheleta6 жыл бұрын
kai nick .... focus on your breathing. You will probably never completely quiet the noise but you can bring your attention back to your breathing. It’s perfectly normal to get distracted with thoughts. Complete the thought and then refocus on your breathing. The more you meditate you will find you will have fewer distracting thoughts. However, there will be times when things are on your mind... life happens... making it hard to focus. And that’s okay. Just know you can’t get meditation wrong. Also, there is an app called Insight Timer that has literally thousands of guided meditations, nature sounds and many more. Meditation doesn’t just mean sitting in silence. I hope this helps. Happy Meditation to you... Peace and Blessings

Yes, visualization is powerful. I have experienced it in some of my walks of life. As a representative of my present organization came to one of my former organization around 15 years ago for an interaction session, having talked about a lot of business, as soon as he left the place, having got impressed by the way how he presented the environment at his organization, i told my colleagues and friends, that I will be in this organization in my future. All of you may note it down that this will happen one day or other. You know what, now after 15 years, I am writing this sitting in that organization. So, i had visualized well enough to reach here and it took me here without even my plans or propositions. Its true that the power of visualization is immense.

Visualization is indeed powerful, especially when it comes to goal setting. From my own personal experience, it's frustrating when I have all the tools to reach a goal but distractions and/or negative energy/self-doubt hinder my progress. It's natural for me to encourage OTHERS and push them to reach their full potential, but lately I have been reflecting on how to help MYSELF, how to better myself and create strategies to be more productive, balanced, and focused. It's not selfish, it's necessary. You can't give people water if your own well is empty. WAKE UP, FILL UP. WHAT FILLS YOU? I love this video because it gave me that time to understand not only what the consequences on my actions are but also who else it is affecting. "Bring in another person that benefits from your vision. That will make it more real for you." Questions that came to mind after watching this video: What is knowledge without application? What is physical health without mental health? What is faith? What does it mean to dream? Do you yourself believe your dreams can be realized? Do you have to motivation to seek out help? Are you able to express your needs clearly? Are you able to dream bigger than what's infront of you right now? With God, nothing is impossible. Blessings and good vibes to you Ashanti.

I found this on a video about NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) that talks about why visualization works: Mirror Neurons are responsible for causing you to be able to salivate when you see someone eating a delicious meal. Your brain actually begins the process of digesting food that you are not even eating just by seeing the activity. As you dream bigger and bigger and allow yourself to be intentional about creating these visuals, your brain is releasing the chemicals and imagery that is necessary for you to fulfill those dreams.

This is so excellent! Kudos to Ashanti Johnson! I am a yoga instructor and fitness professional. Stepping onto this arena, my tussle with doubt and fear has been a heckler. I literally identified my need to reconnect with my rituals a few days ago, and then I stumble upon this gem! When Ashanti says, "Place intention on your visions", it hit. I'm focusing on placing intention on my rituals. I have thus far, but with very abstract goals such as balance, wellness and endurance. But I was drifting off in thought one day after watching Lisa Nichols, and something said, "You have this gift". Once I shifted my perspective on my experiences in life, I realized that all of the colors of my past have been for the purpose to reveal the greatness of Self to others seeking healing and liberty. I have often dismissed my visions as too lofty before, but I really feel a breakthrough beyond my reservations. The message in this video has been confirmation. Thank you, Ashanti.

Today, I meditated the first time successfully. Till today, I never got rid of the monkey mind, but another tedx talk (it was about falling to sleep easier or something) helped me to quite my mind very easy. I've done it like this: 1.Sitting upright but comfortable. 2. Start tapping slightly on the knees/thighs in a constant rhythm in a speed a timer counter watch would tik. 3. While doing this also take deep breaths into the stomach. Concentrate on the breathing, and do this for 2-5 minutes. (optional): you also can force a big smile while doing this, this may help getting good feelings. 5. After a while doing so, start to lower the speed of your tapping ever so slightly, until you Stopp it all together and only focus on the breathing. With the decreasing of the tapping speed, you also decrease the conscious brain activity for some reason (in short, your brain loves to follow rhythm pattern, it gets hooked to it and "plays" in the same manner as the rhythm go, or something..) Now your conscious brain is in such a low activity pattern, that you will instandly be aware of how quiet it is inside your mind. From there on, concentrate on your breathing, you may will fall back to thinking things, but that's normal, just focus on the breathing again. As I said, with this technique, I was able to succeed the first time in doing meditation. If you have troubles like I did before, just try this out. It worked for me.

1. self love is fleeting, but that shouldn’t make you feel like youre regressing, You’re growing. 2. you need to improve, work hard and put in action to get what you want from the universe. 3. become a force. See your potential and use it to become the best you. 4. instead of wishing you had what others had (example- academic knowledge, musical talent, physical strength) use your own qualities to help yourself visualise your dreams. Ages ago now I felt lonely in a room full on people. I saw no purpose in life and I let toxic people infect my energy and take up my time. I began to improve myself, I forced myself to get out of bed in the morning for water and looked outside. I faked it until I maked it I guess. A while later I got a bunch of friends, I’m talking a group up 14 friends and even more acquaintances. I went out more and I was happy, but I ended up letting myself get hurt over and over again by people who didn’t understand or see worth in me. This month, I set a challenge for myself to clear my skin, meditate, stretch, think, create and become more creative. I’ve always been good with creativity but I neglected my talent to follow what others had. I cut off three of the most energy draining people in my life and focused on myself instead of helping them for nothing in return. I’m changing my mindset from a destructive one to a helpful one and I have already seen so much change. I wake up ready for the day, excited to expand on my visions. I embraced my setbacks, I visualised my daily life and I got it. I still have lots to manifest but trust me, its so worth it. I’m now happy with my own company.

I am visualizing you paying me a settled amount lump sum of $24,000 on the judgement ordered against you in Cook County Court in 2015. I am sad to be writing this here. For you help so many people, but you could possibly walk the talk and honor your obligations. Thank you and I appreciate the good work you do.
