All sounds good. My only concern is as a Malayali we had to depend on that world infamous corporate crook ADANI... He will extract maximum profit for his investment through I fare business practices in which he is notorious. Regarding Chinese investment in Hambantota port... It is under 99 year lease to the Chinese government. Chinese are very strong in Sri Lanka. The are involved in modernising Colombo port. And port in Trincomslee.
