agreed... I too have realised what actually matters and what I really want in a relationship. So now no matter how good looking a person is or whatever they're trying to project or pretend, I don't fall for it. So, when I walk away from such people, I actually feel proud of myself and can literally see them being more respectful towards me. Gone are the times when boys dared to ask me for "netflix and chill", now the men directly start off by "let me take you to dinner".. basically changed the way people viewed me. Now, I really feel being desired by the most people and respected as well. Thanks to Father Alex.

I treat friendships and relationships the same. The minute interacting with somebody begins to give me anxiety and bad feelings inside, I AM GONE. This algorithm is a beast. I didn't even know I needed this message. I've walked away several times but what I've realized is a pattern of the same type of people feeding off of my energy, from friends to family to romantic partners. Dealing with your own patterns of codependency is the only way to rid yourself of narcissists.
