My professional experiences include working in a youth shelter, college admissions & recruitment, advising & student services, and in the classroom as an adjunct professor.

I want to see us win! I am a full-time higher education professional and currently work in Student Services at a University in Jersey. There is a huge gap of college administrators who are on youtube providing free resources and letting you into their life. So I am here to fill that gap and become your virtual sis who keeps it real. I earned a bachelors in social work from Seton Hall University, masters in social work from the University of Connecticut, and a doctorate in higher education administration from New England College. My dissertation explored the impact of support services, such as mentoring programs, on the persistence, retention, and college completion of low-income, first-generation undergraduate students.

I created Flourish with Delores as a way to share the authentic stories of young professionals & to dispel the myth that we have to “have it all figured out.”

It's really nice to see another couple who's been ldr as long as we have. It's very frustrating how nobody understands. We do these things, we're very in love. We haven't met in person because of being on opposite sides of the world and finances. We've been long distance for almost 7 years

I'm about to start one, and I'm also a med student too 😂, my girlfriend had to move to another country because of her family and both of us wanted to keep our relationship because we are very deep in love, I just said goodbye to her on Sunday, this is day 2 and is already very hard to me think about her because, she lived near, and i use to visit her whenever we were available, and the fact that i can't even touch her o kiss her anymore is killing me. We are going to see each other again on November and spent the holidays together but after that, on January I have to return home and we are not going to see each other in a whole year beacuse I'm in college, and the plan we made is to mary and live toguether wen I finish med school but that going to be at least 6 years of seeing each other just in November to January, I really needed an advice because I want to make this work, I never loved someone this way before, and the only issue we have is the distance.

We’ll definitely do a video on it! The student advantage card was huge for us. It saved us money on flights, trains, busses, and hotels. I was just looking at the site and saw Lyft on there.
