Soooo very glad you decided to join the KZbin renovation family. You may not think of it this way, but your channel, and Philip and Anna's and so many others, are a way to connect with other humans, even if we never meet. It helps create communication, good will, and many warm feelings. Bravo to you and your beautiful family. I get so emotional hearing the humor and joy you radiate. I cannot wait to see episodes of you visiting Normandy and the Chateau of Philip and Anna. Tak!!

I am a new subscriber, but I had known about you when Philip and Anna went up to Sweden to visit friends. Wonderful to have met you both; two young families with the same hobbies and talents and living the same DIY experience. I find your decorating style warm and pleasant with dark creamy colours paint, large carpets and drapes. So elegant and beautiful to look at. I was instantly transported into your living room resting in that comfortable sofa. Very attractive. Your apple cider making was lovely to watch. I am glad you have just began your production of videos so I can quickly catch up. Glad you clarified where your American accent came from, because I noticed it immediately. I am Canadian. Your home will be filled with more love now. Congratulations! you have plenty of space to accommodate any number of children!

So happy to have found your channel in its infant stage. Thanks to “How To Renovate a Chateau”, I am so delighted to see a Swedish manor house renovation. Sweden is the birthplace of my father . He was born on the west coast in a very small village called Alekulla. I had lived in Sweden (Fritsla ) from 1965-1966, and have visited many times before and since. I have been to Stockholm and Uppsala a few times too. Even though I was born in the U.S., my heart always longs for Sweden. So, I am living vicariously through your KZbin channel and will continue to do so. Tack så mycket! .

I really enjoy Phillip and Anna's channel and learned about you from them. Your Swedish Manor House is so very different and somehow Sweden feels more like Canada than France and so I feel an affinity for the colours in nature and textiles you are inspired by. We live on the Canadian Prairies and enjoy long winters and traditionally a lot of snow. Of course, that is changing (it is the middle of November and we just had our first real snowfall - very odd, indeed). Anyway, you are both inspirations and I appreciate that you are sharing this part of your journey. All the best, Swedish neighbours!

It was part of my exchange studies and I wanted to explore another English speaking country that I had yet to visit. It was also an opportunity for me to study at McGill which is a world renowned and high-ranking university ☺️ all the best! /Karl

Hej lovelys ;-)) Just coming over from the "Anna&Philip" Channel (have seen you both in one of their latest episodes). Stunning swedish "Palazzo" you have - it´s a true dream (in renovating things sometimes surely a nightmare.... ;-)) Sending you love from the very northern coast of Germany...... Bye 🦭🦭

l love that yellow look with the green. I have tried 5 different yellows and have finally decided on a green/yellow…..it can be darker because we have a lot of light in . Australia. Those paintings are just beautiful. Love the way you in in in olive the children too. Its the best play for them. 🌳

The yellow in that particular window and room is perfect for us because it’s north facing. So we need all the light we can get! 😄

l made a mistake in my reply. I meant to say it is lovely how you involve your children in your renovation. 😃

I wasn’t planning on following another renovation project but I enjoyed meeting you on Philip and Anna’s channel and I can tell I made the right choice to subscribe to your channel. Thank you for explaining your backgrounds because Karl’s American accent was really throwing me off (is he American or do Swedes just have really good American accents?😊). Your house is beautiful and your content really good so good luck and I’ll look forward to seeing new videos as I do every week with How to Renovate a Chateau.

Stunning property in a truly beautiful location. Love the hot border and study renovation, truly talented and dedicated family so look forward to future content. Makes me giggle how serious Karl is with his wonderful carpentry and PPE compared to the inimitable Herr Philip in France. Good luck guys 💪😎❤️
