You're completely right, the movie takes loads of stuff from the silver eyes and the first time I watched the movie I immediately noticed the reference from the silver eyes at the end when the animatronics drag afton away

And the Ella animatronic (wasn't a big springlock suit in the trilogy but still). Plus the whole altering the drawing to show the kids the truth that SpringBonnie was not their friend.

I agree that there's the possibility that this Mike is still an Afton but yeah his parents split before he was old enough to have concrete memories of his birth father. It wasn't revealed until Sister Location that Mike in that game was Afton's oldest son so maybe if we get a Sister Location based movie we could get this reveal still. If not then that's okay.

We saw Mike chasing Garret in the car and deduced he was his younger brother. We knew Abby was Mike's sister (from movie description and cast roles) therefore Garret was also her brother. Abby was later seen interacting with Golden Freddy solo (at home in a more personal way) and conjectured G.F. to be Garret based on that more personal familial connection.

The part with Golden Freddy being Garret was wrong but it was a solid conclusion for what we had.

There was someone who leaked that there would be a character named Garrett who was Mike’s younger brother in the movie. This couldn’t be backed up at first until there was official casting reveals that there was a character named Garrett in the movie, which confirmed that the original leaker was telling the truth

Bro how come everbody predicted that steve raglan was william afton when it's never showed in any of the trailors? Am i the only one who had no idea throughout the whole movie until it was revealed that he was william? Man, i feel like an idiot

We knew that Matthew Lillard was cast as Afton before release so even though the plaque said Steve Raglan, everybody knew the actor and the reveal wasn't a twist for us. If you didn't have that info the twist would work. You're not an idiot at all :)

It’s okay. I didn’t have any evidence for it before the movie, but Matthew was very good at playing killers so I was hoping he was. Had the same response from me as the reveal of all the Spidermen in NWH

Don’t feel like that’s, we only knew Because we found out he was casted as Afton before filming started (when the cast got revealed, I’m just assuming you didn’t hear about the casting announcement in like December of 2022 or you just forgot about it)
