Thanks for the comment its really appreciated. Yes, its a lovely site to fly from and rarely a crosswind which is nice. The club do a great job of maintaining the strip, nice and short and flat.

Hi Mark great set of videos on the build and flying of this plane. I did not know if to go for the or the seagull low wing but maybe thinking more of this one now. I see that you spend time in Thailand my wife is Thai and we are thinking of moving back there I was worried I would miss my flying club here but I’m sure I will soon find one over there. The black foam you used in the build you say is for cars can you buy it online or from Halfords it seems just the stuff I’ve been looking for regards Gary

Hi Gary, the Calimato is a great model, can't go wrong with one of them! RC flying is really big in Thailand, lots of clubs around, where were you thinking of moving to? Regarding foam, if you look on ebay for Felting foam that is quite good and dense, that is what I now use. The dense car washing foam from Thailand I cant find here, the the felting foam is just the same.

@@MarkRobinson555 we bought a land in Petchaburi around 30 mins to Hua Hin, but we also have a place in Bangkok to stay to near the airport I think they have a flying club near the old airport will need to look into it. Thanks for the info about the foam I will look into getting some.

Great flight and nice smooth landing,I had the calmato trainer I had a saito fg11 petrol engine installed it flew beautiful I had an accident at home where the plane got destroyed so iv been thinking about getting this version now.Have you flown the high wing trainer version of this? I'm just wondering how they compare
