The reason we get Wimbledon on BBC every year is that by law it must be on free to air TV. However, the major downside of putting sports on behind a paywall is that while it might be good for players and organizers. It decreases overall participation in the game, which has a knock on effect on the next generation of players.

Hi fellow Jordan. I’m head of sales for a large food brand in South East England. Just started binging the channel and love it. One thing that irks me is using the term “make” when describing turnover. To the layman this can be confused with profit. In my experience being more specific with your jargon changes how people view you. You will be more articulate, more charismatic and will master how to say more with less - giving more time to express your own perspective , the reason why I’m subscribed to begin with.

Very minor note for the US broadcasting rights to Wimbledon: The current broadcasters are ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+ and Tennis Channel as the visualization showed. ABC and the ESPN networks are owned by the Walt Disney Company. Tennis Channel only get rebroadcasting non-streaming rights since Wimbledon's coverage is in the early hours of the morning in the United States. ESPN controls the live broadcasts and the repeat airings on streaming platforms.
