The English football authorities should consider new rules regarding poaching kids from smaller academies. I understand why it's smart for Brentford to cancel the academy but it's gotta be bad for England as a whole

Ajer we signed from Celtic, Norgaard we signed from Fiorintina in Italy. It was also Joe Hardy to Liverpool that ticked over the board more. He was one of the most highly rated youngsters we'd almost ever had.. and left for peanuts because of the youth contract tribunal rule

Following Wrexham I’ve taken an interest in English Football, and stumbled upon Brentford, and now this video. I’ve wondered if Wrexham has considered following this model of having a Wrexham B team rather than an academy. Especially considering they will need to acquire a training ground to run an academy. Seems like a team can make do with a much smaller/cheaper training facility if there is just a Women’s team, a First Squad, and a B team.
