Could you try No.7 Lift and Luminate SPF30 Day Cream? I use it as a moisturizer. My favorite sunscreen is actually a K-beauty bran called IPKN Suncream with Apple Extract and it's SPF 50. It's a super pale green and I feel like that light green offsets the redness to my skin somewhat as just a side benefit. It blends so good, no pilling or balling and it doesn't sit on the skin heavily, it feels like a light moisturizer but it's a suncream sunscreen lol

In a cynical way, Winnie being an apparently terrible person is kinda affirming as some people have let sympathy and respect for people's ailments and hardships blind them to the fact that everyone has the capacity for deception, corruption and exploitation. Honestly, I don't get all of the buzz with celebrity skincare. I use Neutrogena moisturizing sunscreen Vaseline, CeraVe and occasionally what I remember it, I'll use a bit of Olay retinol and that always seems to work for me. I don't really buy into the idea that celebrities are making particularly better skin care than everyone else because frankly, quite a bit of their ability to have good skin comes from... Being a celebrity and having the money to get skin treatments. You're not going to be able to get the same results just because you use products with their name on it. I don't get it

Forreal! People need to stop buy skincare / cosmetics from celebrities who attribute their appearance to teams of professional makeup artists, dermatologists and plastic surgeons and then wonder "Why don't I look them?? Yes! I found a light green apple extract one I got in a beauty box and I LOVE it so much! It's IPKN Suncream with Apple Extract, and it's SPF50! I love it! It's a pale pale pastel green almost like a green color corrector but it blends into the skin effortlessly, doesn't pill or ball up, and feels very light and hydrating. It's not oily and doesn't leave any kind of white cast on your face like some sunscreens do. IPKN is a brand out of Seoul, South Korea.

Reading thru the comments, thought this might be helpful: How a bad product gets thru the chemistry department, the legal department, the advertising department, etc. and still gets released: One conscientious person objects. They get ignored or worse. They eventually quit. Repeat process ... you end up with a company in which everyone knows the products are harmful and no one cares. Yes, they can still make a huge profit. Don't blindly trust a recommendation from anyone. If you react to a product differently than you expect based on the ingredients list, the list is more likely to be wrong than you are. The worst mistakes start with not trusting yourself. IF IT STINGS YOUR EYES RINSE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY.

I don't know if you'll see this but I'd really appreciate if you could watch HBO’s ‘Not So Pretty’ documentary about the beauty industry. There seems to be a lot of fear mongering, or maybe it's all true & most products are formulated to give people cancer... for those with darker skin who were hoping for a good sunscreen - I can highly recommend KINLO Golden Rays. it is a tinted mineral sunscreen, so it doesn't burn me, and it contains niacinamide. definitely not a universal sunscreen - the tint is just darker than me and I don't think it would not work on someone lighter than me. in the winter months I mix it with a basic white sensitive skin mineral sunscreen to make it match me.

i bought the lip balm, and the tube felt like a 1/4 empty and it tingles on my lips. it’s also pretty expensive for a lip balm!! i have an spf 30 lip balm from HEB for like 79 cents. it’s a waste of money. it’s fine, but way overpriced.

I think this is the reason I'm not too into reviews that never use the product but look at ingredients, because ingredients don't tell the full story. The many people asking Cass to review Indian brands, same thing - unless u find a way to ship her actual products, looking at ingredients doesn't tell the full story.

My other question though is: how does it have 4.8 customer rating on Sephora from 318 ratings and reviews?!! All the reviews with photos seem to be incentived, though there are non-incentivized positive reviews and some negative incentivized reviews. I'd love to be able to filter by non-incentivized and see if the ratings goes down

You should file a lawsuit, maybe there's a case that covers the damages this products for people's skin. That's very unacceptable to promote products that hurts you.

It is not because it doesnt work for her that it is toxic. Some people love it. You cant file a lawsuit because u dont like it or because it is bad quality. Lawsuit are for toxic illegal ingredients which they r not even if thé global formulation isnt perfect

I love Black Girl Sunscreen! I use the kids one for an everyday face spf. It leaves my skin so glowy and hydrated, but not greasy. It feels like a moisturizer, so I never forget to use it as my last step. ❤

Tip for getting the products out of the packaging without destroying it - open from the bottom. A bunch of brands have little taper proof tape dots... but only on top of the box. The bottom is easier to open and generally does not have the extra tape or as tightly closed lid.

Above all, I appreciate that you're not afraid to show your skin up close, no filters, no make up. This shows everyone, that you don't have to be perfect to be beautiful (because perfection doesn't exist)

I love how this video doubles as a guide to how much sun screen we should be applying. I am definitely not applying nearly enough sun screen while I am out! Been using a tiny pea sized amount, after watching this video, I will up my SPF game!!

The fact that she actually applied it again and then re-applied again the same day after all that eyes and skin burn..really gets me lol I once sent a pr package back to their warehouse just cause they sent me about-to-expire products. Never taking chances with my skin baby.

This would not even work on my skin tone! I had no idea who she was until my 16 year old daughter told me who she was. She then told me I’d better not purchase anything she had anything to do w/because she is NOT a nice person & wouldn’t trust her!😮TY Cass for the info & the truth😘💋❤️

I reviewed this Sunscreen and had a similar experience. I would definitely recommend the Tula Protect and Glow. It's one of my favorite luminous sunscreens. I am just using it as a "sunscreen topper" and on my body instead. It pilled like a nightmare for me when I first tried it and the golden glow was hella insane

The part of the packaging verbiage that is coming off easy is her branding. My guess is, this is mass produced with all the info that would NOT CHANGE regardless of who's name they put on it. I want to say, your videos are fabulous. Thank you for being so real and open and exposing the reality of what is going on in image-making in this day and age. It's truly sad and, as you say, scary. :)
