I just bought one a week ago and have used it 4 times making pizza dough and pizza sauce and it did the job with ease, I think every kitchen should have one of these in it.

Mayonnaise is nowadays $6 a jar, you can make two cups of mayonnaise for less than a dollar in the Cuisinart😊

@deepwaterescue4u two egg yolks, some salt Grey Poupon and lemon juice....process till it's a smooth yellow liquid then slowly drizzle in the oil of your choice until it turns thick and white. Will last about 2-3 weeks if tightly covered in the fridge. There are specific recipes online.

Sadly this model is not available in Europe so I went for a Magimix.

Do you have an article or longer video? I want to Breville but not sure why it wasn’t your top pick.

Everybody has the breville picked as the best. It’s not even that close. If money is “no object”, it’s not even open for debate that breville is the champ. That said, when you include budget considerations, the cuisinart makes more sense for most cooks.
