Just lost my daughter a few days ago due to a miscarriage. She would have been born September 12th. I can’t tell you how much I was looking forward to being a father. Really trying to cope and not go back to drinking. Thanks for all the great videos man.

Keep your spirit up my friend these kinds of things are common and also a spiritual attack from the enemy. Have faith in God that when the time is right you will be a father. It's your destiny.

I am sorry for you loss. It is heartbreaking for sure. As a recovering addict alcoholic myself I understand the urge to want to numb the pain. God has a plan for everything. You can turn this bad situation into a worse situation or you can stay on the path and honor your daughter. Your future kid needs you to stay on the right path brother. I know you can do it.

I'm in no position to tell you because I'm not even married yet but please dude! Don't go down the drinking route. It hurts your soul. Since childhood I've seen men of my family being drunk and it has hurt soo the females and children soo much emotionally and mentally. I decided a long ago that I'd never be a drunk like them. So for your wife, for your future family and for your own soul, don't even think of going down that road please 🙏 You'll be blessed with a beautiful child in future and in my personal experience, drunks are not good fathers.

As a stepchild, at the time, I thought my birth father HAD TO be around and BE THERE FOR ME. And then, my dad (stepfather) tried to be a good father but was a better person and NOT THERE FOR ME. But the later father figure, at least, TRIED TO BE a father with love. So, a good parent has to try (and will fail but try) with love. Great topic today, Brother! ~🤎🤎🤎!

My dad was a violent drunk who avoided work at all cost. Since I was little I promised to myself that I’ll never be like him and even though I don’t drink and never abused my spouse or my children I got into drugs at 17 I’m 37 now and after a 4 years of intense battle I managed to defeat that demon (hopefully for good). Now I decided I’m going to make it BIG for myself and my family and thanks to your content I made many positive changes to my lifestyle. Started working out, cleaned my diet and kicked out of my life all the “friends” that were holding me back. I can’t stress enough how Important is what you’re doing here for us brother. You’re like a father that I always wanted to have. God bless you and your family brother. I wish you all the best and a hundredfold of everything that you already have! Peace

Wow Man You (or your crew 😉) replying to me really made my day. You guys are the kind of people that I really want to associate with. I’ll remember about it… and if any dark days come I’m sure it will give me the strength to fight! I’m sorry but English isn’t my first language… I’m like yourself an immigrant s… came from Poland to Scotland when I was 19. So I’m not entirely sure what you mean ? Should I send a pm ? Hehe Love you Cheers

I sincerely feel fatherhood comes naturally. Sure, you may still read books, look up stuff online, and ask people, but just feeling and knowing you are a father will do the trick, being conscious, etc. Just go with your gut, you will make mistakes, you will also do great things, some will criticize you, and others will look up to you. At the end of the day, this is not science. It is not a perfect formula. Each relationship is completely different. Just go do your best and everything you do, do it with LOVE.

Spar with your son, put him to work at 15yrs (if you can 13yrs), do homework with him until he's old enough, and whatever you teach him you make sure that your good at it too so your someone he looks up too.

In a time where im within striking distance of buying a home, this question has been on my mind heavily. And its just so weird how the universe works its way out and drops little keys of information like this at my feet.... Almost feels like im supposed to be in this direction❤❤❤

My abusive drunken father died in ‘94 when I was 9. I didn’t experience much of the crap. I think I’m a great father, have a happy 12 year old son. I think it’s just common sense.
