for front delts: mainly pushups and also pike / handstand pushups (harder variant) for rear delts: pull ups, inverted rows (a easier variant) for side delts: this one is pretty hard to do for bodyweight, but you could do side planks where your side delts will be in an isometric hold

I don’t know if you will respond to this comment but either ways thank you in advance and good luck with your journey. I’m commenting here since u showed multiple times what ur day looks like. So it is more of a question what would u do and how would go about it if this was ur daily schedule. I wake up at 5 am in order to get to my company’s bus at 6:45 am. I get to the company at 8 am. Leave the job at 5 pm and get to home between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm. I still have some fat in my abs. I work as a developer (not so happy with my current situation so I want to focus on learning things to get a new job) and I want to have a good physique. I’m 173 cm an my current is 81 kgs. What would your plan be for both ? Especially the physical part since this is the content of this video. Obviously I cannot use the commute work to study due to various reasons. Alot of questions 😅

if I were you, to fit a workout in your day-to-day, you would have to ask yourself what is the best time that you know you can commit to consistently. Are you a morning person and can you see yourself waking up even earlier to workout? (because 5am is already really early). If you can then thats great, if not I would suggest if its possible, try doing your workout after work (or you can also do it during lunch if you are ok with it, but personally I find that I like to just focus on my work until its done or before i even start work so lunch time aren't my preference). So that's the schedule i'll work with on the weekdays. To lighten your weekday load, I suggest moving workouts to the weekends also since you'll have more time. So an example if you wanna work out 3 days a week can be: Tue, Thu, Sat. So you just have to sacrifice 2 of your weekdays time. You can also do the tougher workouts on saturday since you'll have more mental and physical energy on the weekend! (You can reference my free workout program in the description for my 4 day workout split) You also mentioned you have some fat in your abs and sounds like you want to lose some fat. Since you're already busy, I would suggest that at any time of the day, try and get more steps in as mentioned in the video (helps that you're going to the company's bus etc), as a passive way to increase calories burnt. for reference i'm actually also 173cm and i'm currently 64.3kg in the morning. All the best! it takes time to build a good physique but it is definitely possible.
