Louie Simmons is widely regarded as the 'Strength Coaches, Strength Coach' and is the founder of the world-renowned gym called Westside Barbell in Columbus, Ohio.

I know you've done this for ever, but professors that teach one class. On one item, don't have the amount of information you contain. I'll have to watch every video multiple times, but I'll continue to learn. Thanks Louie.

Just train em for growth I’d do like 3 sets of 15 -20 stay within a rep or two of failure. That’s how I do it

Nope. The longer the legs, the higher the hips. It's all about intent.

Could be. If the knees extend too fast/early because of a lack of leg drive or weak quads they might rise early. Or if there is just not enough tension being built to resist the bar pulling you forwards.

Louie i fence, german longsword, on wensdays and sundays i've been doing max effort upper on tuesdays,speed work upper friday, and max effort lower on saturday, speed lower on monday, just thursdays off, would there be a more optimal set up with the days? also i bring my sled to row after practice since all we do are mainly elbow extensions during practice, u said to do sets of 200 tricep extensions, would after practice b a good day to do it?, ive used the westside method over 10yrs ago when 2 different doctors told me i had to fuse my disks and found a gym with a reverse hyper an hr away to train at 1.45am, and it healed me to play semipro later on, this is my first time though that i feel lost with the days, if u could plz help me, i know this is quite long.ty.

You can do the high rep extensions the next day too. The sled is a good idea. You can do some powerwalking with the sled after your fencing training (assuming the upper body has done a lot of work and is fatigued). As long as there is 72 hours between your mas and dynamic days, you're good to go. (this goes for the same body part, not upper and lower combined)
